Everything was great. The only complaints were the lack of cleanliness of the mattress cover on the pullout couch--we think that may have been due to crumbs etc. in the couch that got transferred onto the clean linen. We did have to go to the front desk that night to get a replacement since housekeeping was done for the day, but it was not a big deal. There was also some dried goop on the tile in front of the fireplace. Again, not a big deal at all, but we were concerned they might have thought it was from us. Overall, the unit was very clean and comfortable, and communication with the host was great.

We weren’t really given check in instructions until immediately beforehand and I had to ask for it. Ended up going to the wrong desk. Upon getting our wristbands we were roped into a sales meeting which was pretty annoying. The value for our stay was 5/5, we loved that. But unfortunately we slept so horrible because the bed was ultra hard and even after trying out all the pillows, those were horrible too. I ended up with back pain and my husband hurt his shoulder from our sleeping situation. We felt that none of the furniture in the unit was comfortable. The couch wasn’t deep enough and it wasn’t nice to sit on, same with the living room chairs. I feel so old complaining about this stuff but our stay was pretty miserable because of that. I’m only 36 and my husband is 40. Were fit/average and have never had this big of an issue. The other thing I noticed was there was splatter from some sort of drink on a wall in the master bedroom suite. And while I was showering I noticed there were literal spots of BLACK MOLD in the shower all over. I don’t think we’d ever return to this unit.With all that said, the space of the unit was perfect. Our boys had their own room and bathroom which was wonderful! It was a great kitchen space and dining area. We loved all that and felt at home. The staff was very friendly and we were impressed with that! But the Wyndham people constantly trying to sell us on their presentation and free stuff was really annoying.

The condo was nice but definitely in need of updating. The furniture had parts where the finish had come off. The tile in the bathroom needs regrouting amongst other things. The sheets had an orange stain on one end. There was a dirty towel still hanging on the bathroom door. The couch was very uncomfortable. You could hear every foot step of the people in the unit above us. Plus the condo was quite the walk to the indoor waterparks. Not any fault of the host since it is ran by a larger resort but we will probably not stay in one of the condos again.

We've stayed at Glacier Canyon several times, never dissapppoints. KOALA Vacations was easy to work with through VRBO. The units have what you need to cook all your meals, love that there is laundry in unit and the bathrooms! It really feels like a luxery vacation

Upon check in they were really friendly, even gave my daughter a bag of chocolate covered pretzels for her birthday. After checking in, you go to another desk for your waterpark wristbands. That’s where they tried to get us to become an owner which we declined. The room was much better than we were expecting. Really clean and spacious. Even came with pots, pans, plates, and silverware. The best part for the kids (and adults) was the waterpark, we had a blast. Another kind gesture the staff did was decorate the door to our room for our daughter’s birthday. We will definitely be back!
