Cozy Cottage In Town & In The Woods With A Small Brook Alongside

  • Echa un vistazo a esta nueva casa, (en 2014), Woodland Cottage III, situado en el bosque en la Quietside de M. D.I., con vistas a las islas periféricas. Apto para mascotas ya poca distancia de la localidad de Southwest Harbor, y el gran puerto Marina. Con más de una docena de restaurantes de la zona; así como la libre Island Explorer traslado (23 de junio al fin de semana Columbus) a casi cualquier lugar de MDI y el Parque Nacional Acadia. Minutos del Parque Nacional de Acadia, senderismo, ciclismo, kayak, natación, escalada de montaña, observación de aves, observación de ballenas, y mucho mucho más.
    La planta sótano ~ dormitorio con una cama doble, altillo con una cama de matrimonio, y techos altos, sala y comedor con una cama plegable o cama de aire para dormir extra. La calefacción es por suelo radiante de calor de gas con control dual thermastat para las noches frías, a veces nos vemos en la costa de Maine. El piso de bambú y corcho a través de. Totalmente amueblado con la mayoría de los elementos que duraran necesita. Una cubierta de madera completa con muebles de jardín y barbacoa. Un pozo de fuego y 4 sillas, en el jardín y área de flujo, en frente de la casa. Esta cabaña para 4 personas pero puede acomodar hasta 14 personas (con nuestros tres cabañas) para la familia o amigos.

This was a perfect little cottage away from the busy main road. It was close to all the destinations we wanted to visit, Acadia, Bar Harbor, Cadillac mtn. Vicki was a attentive and accommodating host.

Great location to explore all of Acadia National Park. In town but very private setting. Perfect for the two of us for the week. Interent and wi-fi were great. We enjoyed our meals on the deck and watching the deer stop by to say hello.

Great Quiet Side location

Great place to stay to avoid the crowds in Bar Harbor, yet close enough to great hiking and the outdoors. Within walking distance of some great restaurants and a very cute downtown.

Sweet Cottage

The cottage is tucked away in the woods but a 3 minute walk to the Main Street. Location is perfect for visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Echoes of SW Harbor

Both the private location and setting of the cottage was perfect for a quiet getaway.Vicki provided all the essential amenities (and then some) and was resident on-site throughout our stay.Located within a short-walk to: breakfast/ lunch cafes, drug store, hardware store, and dining/ bar venues........also, a short-drive to groceries and [of course] Acadia National Park destinations.

The three of us enjoyed cozy cottage in a quite easy to get around community. Our cottage was in walking distance of places to eat. We also loved Beal’s Pier for lobster. Acadiio National Park was great but had a little difficulty getting to Schoodic Pennisula which you don’t want to miss.We took a day trip to Roosevelts Cottage in Canada . We used our passports . Eleanor’s Tea was a highlight. I am glad we had the day trip to Canada. With some planning this can be a trip of a lifetime.

Clean, cozy, quiet, close to town

Great place to stay in Southwest Harbor and close to Acadia National Park. Wooded enough to be quiet and secluded enough from other cabins and to hear birds and see the occasional deer. I'd definitely stay there again; highly recommended.

Perfect fall weekend

Location was perfect, it felt so private but was super close to downtown. Very cute cabin, with plenty of space. Access to Acadia was quick too, as well as to food and gas stations. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Woodland Cottages

We always enjoy Southwest Harbor, the Quietside of MDI. This is the third time we've stayed here. It's a great location, convenient to town and trails. Peacefully located in the pines.
