Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota on the Ridge, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom downstairs (stair access only) condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and amazing mountain views. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer. 

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

This place was absolutely beautiful! We went up for my son’s 8th birthday as a surprise, and let me tell you this condo did not disappoint at all. The inside was so clean and felt just like you were at home. The beds are super comfortable, bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The pictures don’t just justice for just how beautiful this place truly is. Ohhh and not to mention the views off the balcony are gorgeous! I highly recommend staying here, I know I am definitely going to be returning. And the swimming pools are wonderful too!

Does not disappoint!

This condo and location is just wonderful. The views from the porch were absolutely breathtaking. The outdoor pool was gorgeous and my kids loved it. In the evenings when it was cooler my kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Would definitely recommend, we plan to come back again next year. Thank you

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay at Echota on the Ridge. It’s our go to property when we visit Boone. Recommend providing more towels next time (only 1 per person for 3 nights). Would have like to use the fireplace too but didn’t appear to work. Property was clean w/comfortable furniture. Great place to stay!

Beautiful Snow and Mountain Views!

We had a great time and loved the location! The Mountain View’s were great and we were very blessed to see a beautiful snow while we were there. Our two grandkids, ages 2 and 4 got to see snow and go sledding at the sledding Hill at Beech Mountain for the first time. The location was within 20 minutes to some of our favorite places including Sugar Mountain resort, Boone and Appalachian State University where we graduated from, and Grandfather Mountain. The Condo was very updated and clean. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the living area was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures.A great family vacation!!!
