Gorgeous tongue and groove ceilings remind you of the woods outside. The well-appointed kitchen boasts modern appliances alongside rustic wooden cabinetry, offering the perfect space to whip up culinary delights while staying connected with family and friends. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, where every bite comes with a side of mountain panoramas.

The cabin offers two comfortable bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful haven after a day of exploration. The primary bedroom features a cozy king-size bed and its own private ensuite bathroom, complete with all the amenities you need. The second bedroom exudes a welcoming ambiance with its queen bed and mountain-inspired décor. A full bathroom in the hallway caters to the needs of this bedroom and doubles as a guest powder room.

Outside, a deck beckons for leisurely mornings with a cup of coffee, serene afternoons with a book, and enchanting evenings under the stars in the newly added hot tub. The crisp mountain air and the soothing sounds of nature create an unparalleled atmosphere of relaxation. The back deck also offers dining space, a gas grill, and a wood-burning fire pit. A Tesla charger is available for guests to use.

From hiking and mountain biking in the warmer months to skiing and snowboarding in the winter, there's no shortage of outdoor pursuits. ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
​​​​​​​- The home has two flights of steps from the parking area to enter the home.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
- Parking space for up to 3 vehicles.
- The homeowners use one exterior camera that is mounted to a tree overlooking the driveway and parking area.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
