  • This is beautifully renovated top floor unit in building 5. Free WI-FI. The living room has a large smart TV, and electric fireplace. This unit also has an exceptionally well equipped kitchen that includes most of your home essentials. The dining room will comfortably seat 6. The master bedroom has a king bed, smart tv and ceiling fan. The guest bedroom has a smart tv, queen bed with a twin bunk. You will see spectacular mountain views in the summer and even better slope views in the winter from your private balcony. Our clubhouse, with an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room, is now open and ready for our guests to enjoy. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas. Come stay in the mountains! * No wood burning fireplace*

The location to the slopes can't be beat! The Sugar Ski Staff was great to work with us as well:)

Beautiful Location

The convenience to the slopes (blue slope) just steps away from this updated condo cannot be beat! The view is beautiful and the updates are nice. The storage closet for skis and gear has to stay in car or in the foyer of condo because the ski closet is locked. It felt safe, but it would be nice to also have the exterior door into the staircase locked. Overall a great visit and would highly recommend!

Unit 535 Sugar Ski Country Club

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was nice. It's definitely only a place to stay if you are skiing at the Sugar Ski Resort. The unit we stayed in was very outdated and needed alot of work. Friends of ours stayed in a much nicer more updated unit than we did for the same price. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart, the heaters on the walls were old and needed replacing, the fireplace was zip tied shut so we weren't allowed to use it and it was 16 degrees outside! The vinyl flooring in the kitchen was bubbling up, appliances were old, it just didn't look like the owner cared much about the unit. The dryer had animal hair all in it which got on our cloths when we used the dryer. The owner did just the bare minimum to keep it rented. The pool and hot tub were nice. The staff at the front desk was nice. The gate code provided to us was wrong. Had to call at 10pm one night to get back into the property. We had a problem at the end where my wife left her earrings on the bed side table. We called and they said they checked with house keeping and house keeping said they didn't find anything. My wife insisted they were there and was upset she was just stolen from after the money we spent. An hour later they called back and miraculously found them. Hmm... Anyways, I may stay again in the future, but definitely not in unit 535.

Perfect view of Oma Meadows ski lift (less than 50yds away). Plenty of room for four adults and one toddler. Kitchen was great, location was great, check in/out was great. Being able to park 10ft from your entrance was a huge plus. Highly recommend.

It was also convenient to be able to ski down right from the condo and end the day with a chair lift right back to the condo. The condo was a little dated but cozy and warm. The only recommendation we have is that it would have been nice to have a Kuerig coffee machine.

Everything is as shown and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need! Pack something cool to sleep in because it does stay nice and warm (great to come in to after a day on the slopes)! True ski in / ski out after you get your equipment! Will stay again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is fine, but I cannot recommend staying here if you will be skiing and using the ski school. We were overcharged for lessons (they did not charge us the package rate) and when we brought it to their attention the next morning they said there was nothing they could do about it because we should have told them right away and tried to blame us for not knowing what the rate should be.

We had EVERYTHING we needed for cooking, serving, living! The home was well stocked with soap dispensers and towels, linen, blankets. We cooked in every day and didn’t need anything. We were so pleased with our condo! The location is great! Easy ski in ski out. The management was very nice and helpful. No complaints! We will definitely stay here at This condo again!!!
