Perfectly located in the High Country! Beautiful cabin, sleeps 12, with the most perfect, fenced in wrap around porch! Family-Friendly, Pet-Friendly with a small dog run (fenced) available right outside the downstairs door! 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths, hot tub, pool table, fast WI-FI (257 Mbps), indoor fireplace with guard, outdoor firepit, washer, dryer, game console, exercise equipment (bands and small weights), and various children's amenities (books, toys, high chair, baby gates). 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Bunk Beds (4 twin beds), and 1 pull out couch in the High Country of Seven Devils, North Carolina! Conveniently located between the towns of Banner Elk and Boone - in the shadow of Grandfather Mountain and Sugar Mountain! Just a few miles adjacent to the Blue Ridge Parkway! Hiking, fishing, zip lining, golfing, biking, skiing and snow tubing just to name a few things available in this area, as well as tons of shopping, antiques and winery’s! We have fallen in love with the mountains in North Carolina and know you will as well! Outdoor security cameras are on our property at doorways and driveways. Turned off on arrival.

Please clean up Pet-Area outside bags are provided. Please do not leave any dirty dishes. Please load and start the dishwasher before you leave.
Please clean out all food and drinks in the refrigerator before you leave. Wash and dry a load of towels if you don’t mind.
All trash must be bagged and taken to the garbage dumpster at the bottom of the hill- across from the pond. You may drive it down- that is what we do.

North Carolina Mountain Trip

We enjoyed our time at the cabin immensely. Our party consisted off ages from 8-81 and everything in between and everyone in the group had an amazing time. The home is spacious, fully appointed and close to lots of great areas to explore. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

Bday vacay away

We rented this property for a weekend get away for my daughters 7th bday to go skiing and snowboarding as well as snowtubing. This property did not disappoint for our stay and the accommodations that were made for us were amazing. Kathy was a wonderful host

Excellent!

Highly recommend this beautiful mountain home. Had to wait for cleaning crew to finish after check-in but this was out of the host’s control. Very responsive communication with the host who refunded part of the cleaning fee. Lots of room to spread out with 6 teenagers and 6 adults. The pool table and hot tub were a hit! Beautiful indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit with provided wood which was appreciated! Great location for nearby tubing at Hawksnest.

Family Snow Tubing Trip

The location and home were wonderful- we stayed in this same house 2 years ago but understand that there is a new owner. The updates were great and the owner was so accommodating by keeping us posted of things. With six grandkids and five adults- the house is perfect for us. Will definitely be back!

Forrest Family Christmas

It is our family tradition to celebrate Christmas in the mountains. We had a wonderful time. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. Our 3 granddaughters really enjoyed the bunk beds.The guys played several games of pool. Location was great.

Beautiful log cabin

Room and activities for the whole family. We played lots of games around the large dining room table. Kids enjoyed the pool table. Home just a couple of miles from Hawksnest Tubing which was our destination.

Great house and commubity

The house is beautiful. The community is great, we love the Seven Devils community. Upon our arrival the floors were a little dirty (4 stars) on cleanliness but everything else was spotless. Owner was contacted about the floors and was very apologetic and refunded some money. There are 2 ponds within walking distance to the house and the kids loved fishing. Otter falls hiking trail is also a short drive away and is a easy hike. My 3 year old was able to hike the whole thing. Overall a great house to stay at.

Great Cabin!

We absolutely loved the cabin, the snack basket was a hit for the teenagers, the games were a hit as well. We loved being able to bring our pup with us, it made our trip so much nicer having her there. The cabin is closed to everything, definitely recommend the Alpine coaster! We will be back for a longer stay next time!

Beautiful Mountain Stay

Beautiful home nestled in the Mountains! Very well equipped with everything you need for a home away from home stay. Lots of room for the family to get together and still have separate private spaces. The best porch for outdoor relaxing. Highly recommend this home for a family retreat.

Family time

It was awesome to just spend some lesiure time with our daughter's families. Had plenty of space for everyone. Little disappointed in dog run area. Some people obviously don't clean up their dog mess. My adventurous dog got into something & threw up followed by falling on side & twitching. 1 and only time ever did that.

Absolutely phenomenal three-story cabin!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cozy atmosphere and stunning surroundings. The hot tub was a dream after a day of skiing, and the fireplace added the perfect touch of warmth on chilly evenings. The fire pit was perfect for s’mores and was a hit with the kids, creating cherished memories around the fire. The downstairs area was a haven for the kids, providing endless entertainment options and some peace and quiet for the adults. Plus, the proximity to skiing and hiking trails made it the ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts. This cabin truly has it all – comfort, convenience, and endless adventure opportunities. We can’t wait to come back!”
