This property is perfect in all four seasons: come to ski or cozy up in a winter wonderland, experience the magic of a mountain spring, enjoy the High Country`s cooler summer weather and abundant outdoor adventures, or take in the unbelievable beauty of the fall foliage. This is the perfect place for families, friends, couples, wedding parties, girls` weekends, and anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

The first floor includes an open concept living/kitchen/dining area, a gas fireplace, King primary suite, laundry room, powder room, and soaring vaulted ceilings that make the entire space feel light and bright.
The primary suite includes a King bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with tub shower.
Outdoor space includes a massive wrap-around porch with a seating area, dining area, and gliders, and fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs. All porches have pasture and long range mountain views.
The second floor holds the movie room/den, two bedrooms: a King bedroom and bunkroom with a full sized bed and twin over twin bunk beds. Both upstairs bedrooms have walk-in closets and are served by a hall bath with double vanity and separate WC/tub shower room.

FIRE PIT - The fire pit is located down a stone walkway, surrounded by 8 Adirondack chairs. The views are incredible!
PARKING - There is ample parking for 3 cars at the top of the driveway.

All products are formulated with essential and olive oils with no added coloring, and are naturally scented with notes of bergamot, sandalwood, cedar, and orange rind for an invigorating and refreshing experience.
FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN - The kitchen has everything you need to cook whatever your heart desires. Enjoy the gas range, Keurig coffee maker, many pots/pans/tools, basic spices, and plenty of counter space.
SUPPLY STARTER KIT - We`re happy to provide our guests with a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, dish soap, & a sponge.

The owner`s suite is not accessible to guests, nor is the detached garage. The rest of the home/property are for guest use.

1. Can you accommodate an early check-in? What about a late check-out?
Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM on your day of arrival, and the standard check-out time is 10:00 AM on your day of your departure. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be approved in advance, and are entirely dependent on the needs of our cleaning team. Thank you for helping us respect their time!
When there is no same-day turnover, we are happy to offer early check-in starting at 1:00 PM at no additional cost. For earlier arrivals, a $150 fee applies.
Late check-out may also be available if there is no same-day turnover and our cleaning team has the flexibility to accommodate this request. Any check-outs later than 12:00 PM will incur a $150 fee.
2. Do I need 4WD or snow chains in the winter?
If winter weather is possible during your trip, we recommend a 4WD vehicle and/or snow chains. While our road/driveway is not especially steep, we`re at a high elevation and can accumulate a good bit of snow and ice! Leave beds unmade. Take off shoes in mudroom. Turn off gas fireplace when not in use.
Please note that if booking direct or through VRBO, a refundable damage deposit of $500 will be pre-authorized on your credit card prior to check-out. This is not a charge but a hold, which is released after your stay provided no damages are reported.
