This charming condo boasts a gorgeous master bedroom with a stunning view of Sugar and Grandfather mountain, complete with a luxurious king bed for ultimate relaxation. But that's not all - the common area also features the same breathtaking view, perfect for shared family moments. Need more space? No worries, the spacious 2nd bedroom provides a comfortable queen bed. This full condo is ready for your family to enjoy uninterrupted, with the added bonus of being in a pet-friendly, condo community that's off the main roads. Winter visit? No problem! The condo is exactly 1 mile from the center of the town of Banner Elk and is extremely easy access with the city maintained roads. If you would like to visit Beech Mountain we are at the foot of the mountain so you can climb the 3 miles to the Beech Mountain Ski Resort or if you want to visit Sugar mountain we are 3.5 -miles from Sugar Mountain Ski resort as well. We are also approximately 20 minutes to Boone. There is an extra $75 pet cleaning fee for this property that is collected at the time booking. Four Day Vacation

The place is beautiful and we even got to see some snow while being up here! The snow plows came through which I was surprised. There was rock salt in a bucket at the door for us to use. The stay was great. However, we didn't receive a welcome letter/email with Internet information etc. All we had got was an email with the door code. I had to reach out for internet information, but they were very responsive and also had let us know if we needed to login to the streaming services for the TV, that they could help if they were not already logged in. The jets on the bathtub do not work, there was a note under the bathroom sink that mentioned this. When we arrived, there were two dirty dishes in the sink which I do not care, it isn't hard to wash them. However, all in all it was a great place to stay and would 10/10 stay again. It is also pet friendly, so there are doggy bags and trash bins outside. I hate complaining and even messaging them about the Internet and jets made me feel like the worst person.The people are responsive which I am glad for and I am grateful we could stay. Thank you!

Perfect family getaway!

Rented this property for my kiddos fall break and it was perfect for our family getaway! Conveniently located near charming downtown Banner Elk, the Alpine coaster, gem mining and more. The owners were great and the place was beautifully maintained with an awesome porch and view. 10/10 would recommend!

Paradise In The Mountains

Have stayed at many other properties in this area. This location in The Vistas by far superior to any of the others. Great location, beautiful views, clean and modern condo just as we had visualized. Already talking about staying in same location next year for our anniversary.

Trip to the mountains

This is a lovely condo! Even better than the pictures. Convenient to Banner Elk, Lees-MacRae College, the mountains, and Blue Ridge Parkway. The beds were comfortable, the gas fireplace was very cozy, the kitchen fully equipped. The view was amazing! Better than the pictures of it. We flatlanders spent a lot of time enjoying the porch and the view. The owner was quick to respond to every question we had. We hope to return soon!
