Perched near the outdoor ridgetop pool and clubhouse, this resort home also boasts a spectacular long-range mountain view. This picturesque Echota vacation rental is the ideal mountain retreat for families or a group of couples traveling together, with a convenient location that is still within ten minutes from historic downtown Boone, Valle Crucis or Banner Elk, and still an easy drive to area ski slopes, the Blue Ridge Parkway and more.

From the moment you open the front door, you will enjoy the tremendous view of the Blue Ridge mountains from throughout the main living areas as well as the master bedroom. You will feel right at home in the living room with comfortable seating, a large television and gas fireplace for chilly Winter evenings. All five TVs in the home have access to Spectrum TV services.

Prepare your homecooked favorites in the spacious and open fully equipped kitchen before gathering in the dining room where every meal feels like a special occasion surrounded by the natural beauty and wonder that is the Blue Ridge Mountains. The main deck is a wonderful spot to enjoy the mountain vista any time of day or the stars at night. With the large charcoal grill, it is the perfect spot for enjoying a meal with family, having evening cocktails, or reading a book.

With just over 2000 square feet, Echota Ridge Boulders offers two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main level. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen television, and boasts a bathroom suite with dual sinks, large jetted tub and walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and access to the deck. On the other side of the home, the second bedroom has a queen bed and shares the hall bath.

The third bedroom is located upstairs, bright and inviting. There is a king bed here, as well as a set of twin bunks. This is a great option for the kids to share, or perhaps for families whose children are not quite ready to sleep on their own yet. There is a full bath as well, with shower/tub combo.

Downstairs on the lower level, you will find a sitting room that may serve as an additional sleeping area should you wish to spread out more. There is a daybed with two twins, and the fourth full bathroom. This level also features access to the second deck, again with comfortable seating and an inspiring view.

All Echota amenities are available for guest enjoyment, including an indoor swimming pool open all year, an outdoor swimming pool open during summer months with spectacular views, two fitness rooms, the park across from the resort entrance with river access, trails and a picnic pavilion, as well as the stocked fishing ponds near the main resort entrance. Some guests may even enjoy walking down to the outdoor pool, however, be prepared for the steep walk back up to the home.

When you are ready to explore the High Country, the convenient location makes it easy to head to area shops, dining, slopes, wineries, the Blue Ridge Parkway and more. Take the scenic backroads to Valle Crucis, or head over for a day in the eclectic downtown areas of Boone or Banner Elk.

For comfort, relaxation and convenience, you will be hard pressed to find a better, more well-cared for home than Echota Ridge Boulders..

Guests staying in Echota Ridge Boulders have access to both of Echota Resort's clubhouses. One clubhouse offers an indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, and event space. The Ridge Clubhouse at the top of the mountain offers an outdoor pool with a waterfall and mountain views, another fitness room, a game room, and more event space. Echota Resort also offers several wonderful hiking walking and trails, a riverside park, and in-club catch & release fishing at either of two stocked ponds. Important Notes:
- Two cars can park comfortably at the property. Smaller vehicles may be able to fit 4 vehicles if parked in double file but vehicles can not extend into the road.
Additional vehicles may be parked at the indoor pool/clubhouse just a short walk away.
- Pets are not permitted in Echota. Thank you for not bringing your pets.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

All Echota homes have an additional amenity fee of $15/day in order to maintain the luxurious amenities that is capped at $70 total for your stay. If you are staying more than 5 nights, please reach out to us so that we can manually override this fee.
