Beech on The Rocks is perfect for a family with plenty of space and amenities for everyone with 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths with easy access to skiing, golfing, fishing, hiking and many more activities for the family right in Beech Mountain but also close to Banner Elk & Sugar Mountain. Enjoy the perfect mix of relaxation and outdoor fun!

Bedroom layout:
Three bedrooms on the lower level - one king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one queen bedroom, and one bunkroom with twin-over-twin and one twin-over-full. The queen bedroom and the bunkroom will share a full bathroom in the hallway.
Two bedrooms on the main level - one king and one queen bedroom. Each with ensuite bathrooms.
Upper Level - twin bed with half bathroom.

Additional Notes:
- Guests of Beech on The Rocks have the option to purchase a temporary membership to Beech Mountain Club during their stay. Please inquire for details.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles may be required in the winter months or in times of inclement weather. Chains may also be necessary. Please come prepared!
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
​​​​​​​- Please note that this owner utilizes several cameras at each entry way and overlooking the driveway while the home is unoccupied.
- This home is pet friendly for up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional fee of $25 per day, per dog.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Stayed with us before? Repeat guests returning to Beech on The Rocks can receive a 10% room rent discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am.
