Private hot tub and sauna with a VIEW, gas grill, arcade games, separate garage Game Room, large dining table, stocked kitchen. Featuring a large bedroom suite on street level for easy access. Dog friendly, up to two dogs @ $120 for entire stay. Retreat to our gorgeous space overlooking the mountains with lots of entertainment! The Space

* 4 bedroom cabin is perfect for families and groups of friends!

* We are known for our stunning VIEWS while enjoying the hot tub and newly added SAUNA!

* Relax on the deck with a glass of wine, while small kids play in the family room just feet away. Older kids can disappear into the detached garage full of arcades bound to keep them entertained and active for hours.

The Main floor is street level (no steps) and features an open space living/dining room with a wall of windows highlighting the beautiful mountain view. Gas fireplace available (no need for fire wood).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig, Mr. Coffee, kettle, toaster, knife set, measuring utensils, can opener, wine opener, peeler, mixing utensils, pitcher, grater, pots and pans, cutting boards, baking sheets, mixing bowls, strainer, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, blender, and BBQ tools. There is a gas grill that uses propane tanks on the main level deck.

On the main floor you'll also find a King Master Suite with a Roku TV, desk, steam shower, and walk-in closet. Perfect for those unable to access stairs.

One floor down the stairs is the Family Room outfitted with arcade games, family games (Sorry, Connect 4, Jenga, Uno), and a Roku TV, making movie and game nights extra cozy. Here you'll find the second gas fireplace, no logs needed.

Lower level also features a washer/dryer, laundry supplies - extra towels - hot tub towels for guests, and two bathrooms with a shower over tub. This is where you'll find three other bedrooms. There is a King Master Suite with a solid baby crib and access to the outside. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The third bedroom has a Queen bed outlooking the mountains. Each room has a closet with shelves/drawers for clothes.

Up to 2 dogs allowed; $120 for entire stay.

The cabin, hot tub and sauna are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.

No parties allowed. No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc)

Minimum rental age 25.

All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign within 48 hours a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of government-issued photo ID. Additionally, we require a $500 off-platform security 'hold' that is put on your card before you arrive and released after you depart. We use a secure integrated property management software and have VRBO's permission to process the hold.

The circular driveway has plenty of parking. Road leading up to cabin is paved during the winter season. Cabin can be reached without 4WD, but 4WD is recommend during winter when it snows. IMPORTANT to lock doors from the Mountain's curious bear cub.

This house is amazing. It was very clean and organized. Very well stocked. Views are fantastic. Plenty of parking. I liked how there were newer smoke detectors, gas and carbon monoxide detectors also. Hot tub and sauna were extremely clean and in great working condition. The garage is a great hang out spot for teens. Really can’t say anything negative about this property. Host was very quick to respond to all emails. Check in was easy and efficient. Check out was just as easy. I like how there was a very simple list to follow and not 4 pages of things to do before checkout.

We had an amazing stay at the Kokomo Beach Mountain rental. The home was the perfect escape for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the outdoor amenities, particularly the sauna with a stunning view of the mountains. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The hot tub was also a huge hit, offering a great spot to soak and enjoy the scenery. The home itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As dog owners, we always appreciate a place that is pet-friendly, and our labradoodle absolutely loved the home. The location was fantastic; the drive was on a paved road the entire way, which was a huge plus. We went during the summer, so we're not sure how that drive would be with snow or ice. The moon-shaped driveway with two exits made for easy coming and going. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and rejuvenating vacation.

A true mountain escape

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was in working order and clean and easy to find/use. The sauna was beautifully positioned and the angle of the house on the mountain offered a lovely view all day. We had everything we needed and felt safe with the kids there. Went hiking at local trails and had an all around perfect trip.

Oh what a view!!

Let’s just start there…the view knocks you off your feet right away. It’s simply amazing! The house was a perfect fit for our family getaway to Beech for some snowboarding. Plenty of bedrooms with cozy beds and common areas with all the games you could possibly want. We loved the arcade games! Hot tub and sauna were so nice after a day on the slopes! Kitchen was equipped with all we needed and everything was so clean! We look forward to returning another season to hike! The interaction with Sophia was the best and she was quick to respond to any questions we had! Top notch! Cannot wait to get back up there to Kokomo!

Cozy Cabin with Spectacular Views

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The views really are incredible. We stayed during the month of August and there were deer everywhere! Such a great escape! The house is right on the golf course so we were able to get out and walk the paths and enjoy the surrounding area too. The house was as described with a few minor things changed from the photos. The awning is no longer over the upstairs deck. There are speakers throughout the house that would have been nice to understand before our last day. The owners were quick to stay in contact and answer any questions! Very helpful! Would not hesitate to stay again!

Great for Families

We had an amazing time! The location can’t be beat if you are planning on visiting Beech Mtn Ski Resort. The views of the mountains went on forever. Cabin was very cleaned and fully stocked with everything you would need. Teens loved the garage room play area. The sauna and hot tub was in full use every day! We would definitely be back if we are in that area. Sophia was sweet to follow up and made sure we got the door code and everything was going well. Thank you!

Excellent Place to Stay

We loved this property. After snowboarding the hot tub and sauna were a dream. I think this is the only place that we have stayed that had an outdoor sauna. The view from the deck and sauna were gorgeous. Also the first place that had paper products and some cooking spices that you always forget as well. Even had some snacks and coffee cups to try. And the ability to bring your pup! Now that’s awesome! The owner sent emails to make sure we were all good and what to make sure we did on the last day. Definitely will stay there again next year!

Holiday Getaway

T his was the perfect family vacation! There were 10 of us.My husband Mike of 50 yrs. and I. (Nana and Papa) Our daughter and her husband and 2 daughters, 17, 13. Our son and daughter in law and their son and daughter 18, 12. Snow was their highlight! Of course being from Florida. The house was perfection for our group! The open kitchen allowed everyone to participate in prepping meals. Kids enjoyed the game room when they were "over" the snow and cold. Two living rooms with the fireplaces were exceptionally nice. The view, the view!!! I'm not a mountain person, so the mountain roads were scary to me but my husband loves driving his race toy on curvy roads, so it didn't bother him. We left the toy at home and took the truck! (AWD came in handy). But roads were kept impeccably clear. Snow cleared, no ice. Outside the house is a huge high hill and the kids and big kids enjoyed the sled ride down over and over. Be bought another one and left it there for the next lucky occupants. If we ever have the opportunity to take another trip to North Carolina we would definitely stay here again! Oh and the Jacuzzi? The best! Especially for the snow skiers...One was a little rusty!(LOL) Oh and the beds were sooo comfortable, we realized our bed at home is terrible (18 yrs.) so buying a new bed! Never slept so good! Thank you Sophia for everything!!!

Stunning views, relaxing getaway

My family greatly enjoyed staying here, and left feeling very relaxed and recharged. The hot tub and sauna were wonderful, and there were games galore--so much to play that one would never get bored here. There are board games and video games in the downstairs area, as well as an entire garage space dedicated to games (air hockey, skeeball, xbox etc.) Waking up to see the beautiful sunrise appearing over the mountains was sublime. Sophia, the host, was communicative and wonderful--offering up plenty of useful information and suggestions. Upon arrival, the house was clean and everything was flawless. Technology (wifi, tv etc.) was easy to use and without issue. Check-in and check-out was seamless. Everything was as described, and we hope to return someday!

Beautiful stay in the mountains

Wow! The view is incredible. We had a wonderful time visiting Beech Mountain and staying at Kokomo. We used the house as our home base for visiting Land of Oz and Grandfather Mountain. There is so much to do in the surrounding area. The house was perfect for us. Fun games, great kitchen, beautiful porch with amazing views. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for a recovery after a day of exploring. Sophia, the owner, was very responsive throughout the entire stay. We would definitely stay at Kokomo again!

Amazing! in every way

Everything about Kokomo was outstanding. Our group ranged from 70 to 3 years old and every last person loved staying here. We enjoyed the comfortable living areas, fabulous game room, loaded kitchen, clean hot tub and sauna, then there are the decks. Do not miss sunrise every morning! Wow! The evenings are very nice as well. We did leave this beautiful cabin to bike, hike, golf, shop, visit Tweetsie Railroad and so much more in the area. We have been renting family reunion homes for three decades and this by far has been the best. Kokomo and hosts exceeded our expectations in every way. We are so grateful to have been able to live here, if only for a week.

A Must Mountain View

What a serene view of the mountains! Could not ask for a better view!! Local food options are great! We were close to recreation amenities such as trails less than 10 min away and canoeing 30 min away. Other fun options to do are gem mining that is also about 20 min. away. We had great communication with the owner via text and email and the place was clean. We will definitely return! We would love to return again!

AMAZING AMAZING AMZAZING!!

If we could give 10 stars we would!! Cannot explain and express how much we LOVED stayiong here!! Igor and Sophia were SO easy to work with. They went above and beyond what we expected. From the ease of working with them to fufilling a personal request for a surprise for our 20th anniversary. They house was EXTREAMLY clean as was the hot tub and sauna. EVERYTHING in the house was in great shape and working order. The video games were a bonus as was the whole home music system. WE WILL BE BACK IN THE FUTURE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you for making our anniversary trip relaxing and easy!!

Such a dream!

Sophia's property was just the perfect house for my family to spend a few days together for our Thanksgiving break. My husband and I visited with our two teenage kids, my parents and my in laws. It was important to me to find a place that was entertaining for the kids, but also was accessible for our parents who don't do stairs well. The kids spent a lot of time in the hot tub and in the game room. Our parents spent a lot of time on the porch soaking in the amazing mountain views. Be mindful that the roads are windy and steep getting up the mountain. We did not need a 4WD vehicle, but if it were icy or snowing, you would definitely need one. Sophia was over-the-top kind to us. You can tell that it's very important to her for her guests to have a great time in her property. She was very communicative and check in/check out were a breeze. Very much recommend this house and Sophia!

PHENOMENAL STAY

The cabin was absolutely fabulous. A billion dollar view of the mountains. Waking up with my coffee to see the sunrise over the mountain vista was unbelievable. Our kids LOVED the two playrooms! Awesome birthday trip

We booked this rental for its amenities and the views. We were very happy with our stay. The owners thoughtfully provided something for everyone here. We enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful scenery, our kids loved the game room and arcades. Thank you for a great place to enjoy family time!
