'Nest on Sugar' - 2B Condo w/ Clubhouse Access

Relax to the sound of a babbling brook from the balcony of this beautiful condo located at the base of Sugar Mountain. Just a short drive to golf and tennis and within walking distance to the ski slopes, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, stone fireplace with gas logs, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a bathtub with jets. This unit will sleep 6 with a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the guest room, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy access to the Branches Clubhouse where you may relax under a big-screen TV, read from the collection of books, or join in a game of foosball or ping-pong. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

Great location for access to the slopes for skiing, it makes skiing with kids so much more enjoyable when you can avoid the lodge. The unit is starting to show its age a little, but it was very clean! I'm ok with older as long as its kept clean. Thanks!

Nice place once we found it….

We enjoyed the condo, especially the sounds of the creek and the setup of the apartment itself. The master bedroom was very spacious and the secondary bedroom had direct access to the second bathroom. Our main problem was finding the place even though we were given a map at the rental office. We didn’t understand that the address was in “The” Branches instead of the Branches, in other words not the same parking lot as the “Bee” Branches. Once we finally found it, it was of course easy to find from then on.

College Visits -Snow Fun

This condo was exactly what we were hoping to find. The place was clean and nice. The balcony overlooked the ski slopes and was so awesome to watch the skiers and snowboarders. We would definitely stay here again. We had to call Jack to help get our fireplace working and he was there and fixed it immediately!! Thank you !

Great Location - Very Convenient

We could easily walk to the slopes and ski in. Was nice to be able to run back to the condo for lunch and snacks while skiing. The kids loved exploring the creek between the condo and the slopes. Only suggestion is for the maintenance personnel to ensure the steps from the parking lot to the back of the property are cleared of ice/snow regularly. Overall a great place to stay.

Thanksgiving get away

Condo was clean and well furnished for all our needs. We enjoyed opening the windows and listening to the creek flow beside us. Wonderful location just minutes away from beautiful state parks (Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock, etc...).
