From the gorgeous mountain view to the on-site amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, sauna rooms, steam rooms, 24-hour front desk service, 24-hour security, locker rooms, and showers, this beautifully updated, eighth-floor condo at the Citadel of Sugar Top is the perfect choice for an all-season alpine adventure. In the winter, you’ll love the proximity to the ski slopes, and in the summer, miles of hiking and mountain biking trails await. Additional perks include dances with live bands, Bingo, and cards and games in the card room.

The condo's cozy gas fireplace welcomes you home after a day on the mountain, and the convenient washer/dryer makes it easy to refresh the day’s clothes. The chef will love the full, well-equipped kitchen, and everyone can dine together around the table. A private balcony beckons you for coffee or cocktails. Entertainment options include free WiFi and cable TV.

During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Great Location but dirty

The view was beautiful. However the staff was not friendly except for the shuttle drivers. They were great. The condo was dirty. We had to rewash all the dishes and bedding. Human hair was on the pillow. They will not allow guests to park at the building so if the shuttle is not available you have to walk up a steep hill. It was also 18 degrees that night. The TV did not have any stations so we could not watch much. For the price it was ok but I will not stay there again.

beautiful unit

The unit was very clean,very well stocked with everything you would need for cooking also cleaning. the decor is beautiful and the views breath taking.Indoor pool great,especialy for the kiddos. The pics doesnt do this unit justice, staff very friendly and helpful, Highly advise snow chains if going up in the snow! We went up for a quick ski trip and there was more snow than expected! Vasca was quick to notify us of the server weather change. I highly recommend this unit also Vascs
