The front desk staff lacked the ability to thinking independent which impacted our stay. We actually left and stayed at another hotel our last night in Sydney due to this.

Good family hotel. Probably need a renovation, and little bit better dust cleaning. Staff is kind, swimming pool excellent! I will recommend it to families with little kids.
