Modern and creatively decorated at every turn, you'll love staying at this fun, family-friendly home located just a mile from the coast and local shops! Two floors of decks means there's twice the room to recline and enjoy the fresh air, but you may not want to step out from this home's fun common areas. A well-equipped, full kitchen on one floor and a kitchenette on the second floor means there's room to entertain everyone with ease. Amenities include a private washer/dryer and a desk workspace in case someone needs to complete some remote work assignments. Of course, would it really be an Oregon Coast adventure if there weren't board games to enjoy at the end of the day?

On the first floor, just to the right as guests make their way through the front door, you'll find the nook featuring the first two bedrooms past the living room. To the left, the fun, nautical-themed first bedroom features its own en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Across the nook, the second bedroom is decorated with tasteful metallics and features plenty of built-in storage. The hall bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination can serve the needs of guests staying here. Upstairs, you'll find the sunny third bedroom just across from the top of the stairs. There's a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination all set up just next door. The fourth and final bedroom is just past the kitchenette's coffee station, and features an en suite shower with a standalone shower in addition to a peaceful, coastal theme.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
