Unit was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Walking distance to a huge selection of restaurants and pubs. Beautiful view of the marina! Will be back!

Room Description and pictures on the website were quite misleading. The website Claimed the room to be a Bay View room, but in fact, it is a room behind large, squeaky, wooden stairs that lead to the upper rooms, with only a tiny peak of the bay through the stairwell. We would have avoided booking the room to start with, if we had known this fact alone. But equally bad, is the automated check in. There is no registration front desk, or staff on premises. All done via text or phone call. You received a text link to a required registration form, allowing check in instructions and access code to your room door to be sent back to you. It asks for a picture of your ID, a credit card number, etc. Once you fill this form out, and hit send, there is no feedback that your form was received by the property. No instruction text was sent. Nothing. Unsettling. At about the 1pm hour, I got uncomfortable enough to call. Answering machine picked up, and I asked if they had received my info. The offshore call center called me back a few minutes later, telling me they had received it and would text me at check in at 4pm. Which they did, but the access code line to get into the room was left blank. I texted them about this, and 15min later they texted back the same form, but this time with a working access code. Day 2 of our stay, another couple inputs their code into our keypad, and walks into our room. Website had double book our room, giving this couple access to our room. Very Scary.

Great location in front of downtown harbor, close and walkable to downtown shopping and restaurants. I booked studio size cozy room, nice and clean. Parking is street parking, free. I got Black Friday deal price, very happy.

We were not given the room we booked. The other options were so tiny we decided to move to another hotel. I will say the one positive note was the lady that I called and spoke with was very nice and tried to accommodate us. She couldn’t give us our money back as she said we have to go through Expedia. Expedia says the rental office has to give the refund so we gave up.

Clean rooms with full kitchen, dining and living room. Nicely decorated with cottage charm. Fans provided in bedrooms were useful. Good location for walking around Old Town, but noisy grate in adjacent parking lot whenever a car ran over it, and garbage collection there was extremely noisy. Lot was convenient for parking our car though. Adjacent park/open space was good for taking our dog out. It should be noted the two bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs within the unit. The unit is already on the second floor, so lots of stairs in total. I would stay again, only try to avoid garbage collection day.

Room was cute. The check-in procedure was laborious. Many emails and texts, yet the code to the room did not work and so I had to call their call center, to get in by key The shower ran hot and cold, rarely in between. The coffee maker (Keurig) didn't work for me. Really should be two stars because the important things didn't work.

Everything was good except the arrival. We had to park about 100ft from the property as there was nothing closer. It was raining cats and dogs (not the properties fault), and when we got to the door the code we were given did not work, it was dark, rainy, windy, and I had to find the email in my phone, call the number, wait on hold, and finally was given an alternate code to use. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and warm.

Plenty of parking around the building and what a fantastic place that we had no idea existed in Bandon, Oregon. The room felt like a suite was extremely clean and inviting us can be. The room was quiet and we both had a restful sleep in a comfortable bed. A Keurig coffee machine was available in the room and what a perfect evening to come home to after a late night dinner and cocktails. We'd love coming to this area for fish and chips and somehow have missed this property in regards to staying. It will now be our go to place in regards to all the things that you would want to feel like home away from home. Thank you for your excellent staffing as well, what a nice young cleaning lady that was extremely polite and welcoming.

The room its charming, kind of French style, with a little be of Victorian. There its not a reception, your checking is completely by phone, and they send you a code for the door. If you are late, you need another code, so calling the reservation its not easy, but not impossible. There is not private parking. Is one parking (small) in one side for both business, and or in the street. I have to park in the street, as the small parking was full. Its convenient for been so close to down town, for dinning or walking. Pretty much noise, but is because people have not consideration or thinking about that other people are sleeping. The isolation is pretty bad in General, and if the neirbord make a couples of steeps, is like he is in your room. Very clean, and charming.

The room was well equipped and nicely furnished even though the unit we were in was small. It was very clean. Comfortable mattress. My only complaint was that the microwave was taking up most of the table, so we moved it to the top of the fridge so we could eat and play cards. The window shutters were a nice touch, and we used and appreciated the sound machine and fan.

Loved the room and the location is central to Old Town Bandon. I’m not quite sure why places like this don’t offer daily housekeeping though. Dirty towels build up on the floor, trash needs emptying and after multiple days, floor needs sweeping from the sand brought in from the beach. It’s not just this property, it’s many. Otherwise our stay was great and we’d come to this Inn if visiting again.
