This 100 m² flat, on the 4th floor (3rd floor accessible by lift, then 1 floor on foot), comprises :

- a bright, open-plan living area with large bay window, including living room, dining room, workspace and sleeping area with double sofa bed,
- separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm) and a workspace,
- two bathrooms, each with shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- high chair, cot, baby bath, children's games,
- TV, stereo system, Wifi, books,
- air conditioning, fan, central heating,
- underground garage (height limited to 2 metres).

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
