This mountainside home near Bandera, Boerne & San Antonio, offers a very comfortable & tranquil setting. Unlike a hotel, this 15 acre pet friendly property with a hot tub and 20 mile views is nestled in the Texas Hill Country, surrounded by wildlife including deer, beautiful birds, Texas Madrone trees, wet-weather creeks, natural springs & amazing views of the sunsets, moon & stars, thereby creating a very private, quiet & unforgettable experience for guests. Come visit us at Antler Run Ranch.

This property is ideal if you're looking for a romantic getaway. The sunsets and moon rises are spectacular, the views are amazing and you can hear a pin drop at night. Total privacy, secluded and comfortable. This private and peaceful 1,000 square feet home includes all the amenities including an open floor plan, nice soft towels, clean and comfortable linens and is furnished with high quality bedding and furniture to ensure your stay is memorable. The home is also fully connected to the outside world including a quality work space with access to WIFI, Roku and Netflix. Open all the French doors and enjoy amazing views from every room in the home.

The kitchen is stocked with 2 coffee makers (ground and a Krups), tea kettle, coffee grinder, electric cook top, microwave, convection oven, crock pot, toaster and rice steamer. We also provide pots and pans, silverware, dishes, regular and BBQ utensils, wine opener, knives, coffee cups and drinking glasses for wine, liquor and water/sodas.

The home is best designed for a couple since it's a one bedroom, however we can accommodate up to five guests. The home has a very comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, a comfortable pull out couch with a queen mattress and a new Zinus memory foam twin size roll-away bed, all of which have high quality bedding, thick blankets and soft pillows.

Outside, you can BBQ on our gas grill or large smoker, relax on the deck, sit around the fire pit in our comfortable Adirondack chairs or relax in your private hot tub while enjoying the amazing views 24 hours a day.

The property is well equipped for pets. We have a large fenced-in area around the home. See house rules for more information on our pet policy. Pet fee is $20/per pet, per day. Message us with size, number of pets and breed at time of booking.

We're always available by phone or text and will be available to help you with anything you need. Host lives in separate home on the property.

Peaceful get away

With Covid, I opted for a place I could drive to for vacation. I opted for the Hill Country of Texas and wanted to hike the state parks in the area. This place looked great with nice amenities. It did not disappoint. So quiet and peaceful with a fantastic view. Just far enough out of town too where you could pop in for a meal if needed or you could stay in and used the well equipped kitchen or grill. The place was huge for 1 person but that wouldn’t stop me from booking again. The owners are very friendly and enjoyed visiting with them although they do leave you alone if you prefer. 3 parks were easy to get to from here.

Best of the Best!

Wow!!! This place is simply my favorite rental ever! Super clean, comfy bed, well stocked. The view is to die for and I could never get tired of sitting on the deck looking at the stunning hill country view. The shower was great and the hot tub was perfect. Wifi was good and streaming channels were nice. The owners were great to work with. There was a terrible storm while we were there that knocked out internet and electricity for a little while. The owners kept in touch and everything was restored very quickly. This place is even better than the pictures. Lots of privacy, but owners were close by if needed.We enjoyed meeting them and their dogs Trooper and Ranch Dog. I am already trying to find a date to return to this fantastic place!

Million dollar views, cozy and relaxing

Loved staying at the cabin. Very quiet, clean and well stocked. Million dollar views and great accommodations. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Enjoyed the fire pit, the hot tub and the views were amazing. Would highly recommend a few days at this cabin!

Peaceful Retreat!

This place is awesome! The owners were very responsive and made the check in/checkout process very easy. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was unbelievable and made the experience amazing. The listing mentions the coffee pot is a Krups but it’s actually a Keurig. There were plenty of K Cups provided so it wasn’t a big deal. The listing also mentions there is a variety of cocktail and wine glasses but there was only one wine glass, one rocks glass and one champagne flute. Since there were only two of us it worked out fine. We will definitely be coming back to this property for future trips!

Awesome views in the Texas Hill Country

This was an absolute memorable trip just because of the views from this quaint little property. We were in awe of what we could see off of the front porch and we enjoyed listening to the chickens and duck in the near distance. We also were pleased with the fireworks show we experienced on New Year's Eve! The property is perfectly stocked for just what you need when you travel to the hill country. The fire ring, the smoker and the hot tub were all utilized and added that special touch to our stay. Thank you for allowing us and our dog to stay at your property. We hope to return in the future!

Amazing Views plus Peace and Quiet!

If you enjoy being up on high, Antler Run Ranch offers spectacular views of Pipe Creek area. Accommodations were very comfortable and roomy, not to mention easy on the budget. Plus, dog-friendly! Easy commute to Bandera. We found an AMAZING (and quite unexpected) place to eat at the Backyard Bistro in Pipe Creek. Food was absolutely delicious. So much so, we dined there twice during our week stay. Our host(s), Spencer checked with us to make sure all was okay shortly after we arrived. And, made himself available if we needed anything. A binder contained lots of helpful information about the area ~ things to do, places to eat, etc. Overall, a very nice stay. Thank you Spencer!

Fantastic View

Our 3 night stay, was the perfect get away! The views from the front porch were heavenly. Our dog really enjoyed the fenced in yard. It ended up being too hot to hike, so we will definitely be coming back, in cooler weather. The grown ups enjoyed being disconnected, while our son enjoyed his favorite creature comfort, WIFI!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Heaven in the Hills!

This place was beyond what we imagined! We were surprised with delicious chocolates and a thoughtful welcome card upon arrival. It was absolutely stunning and the home was immaculate! They had everything we could possibly need available and the house was so cozy! We had the pleasure of meeting Spencer, Jessica, & two of their pups and they were very pleasant! Our pups loved the well maintained, fenced in yard and huge deck over looking the neverending ocean of hills. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the privacy this property offered. We also explored the amazing trails and hillside the property had to offer. I fell in love with the hammock that was perfectly nestled in the trees and allowed for spectacular views. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise! We can't wait to go back!

Mesmerizing views

Totally impressed with the accommodation and location. Home was meticulous upon arrival and had everything we needed plus a very comfortable queen bed. The home is so charming and very secluded. We thoroughly enjoyed having a fire at night and relaxing in the hot tub while encompassing the beautiful views. Had a delicious fried chicken dinner at the ‘OST’ restaurant downtown Bandera. Met the owner ‘Spencer’ whom we found very nice and easy to talk to. He wants to make sure his guests are extremely satisfied during their stay. He has several dogs whom were friendly and sweet. We also checked out Medina Lake about 25 miles away and it has to be one of the prettiest lake in Texas. This has to be the best place we have ever stayed at for total peace and relaxation.

Great time!

Warm and cozy with a breathtaking view!

Had a great stay in this cozy little house on the hill! It is so peaceful and the view is beyond amazing! The house is stocked with everything you could need and more (except an oven but it does have a small convection oven if you need it). The house was cool and inviting when we arrived and the hot tub was ready to go. The hosts definitely provided a warm welcome for us and even left us a nice card and chocolates for our anniversary! We will definitely be back soon! Thanks for everything!

Absolutely, the best place every. It is all the things everyone has said and much more. Everything was private, quiet, clean and Spencer & Jessica thought of every little detail. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Spencer & Jessica are great hosts and very kind and thoughtful people. We will be going back as soon as possible. My husband and I had wonderful stay at antler run ranch. The views were absolutely incredible. The house was very clean and well kept as well as being stocked with everything you need for a getaway. We brought our dog and the property was very accommodating. A small fence provided an area for her to run around and play. We were looking for a peaceful getaway to disconnect from city life and antler run ranch sure delivered. The owners of the property were very welcoming and let us have our privacy for our stay. We highly recommend!!!
