While the staff attempted to be friendly, there was a lot of instances where keys just stopped working, loud maintenance work, and the rooms were just so-so. It may be better to just stay in Brookings, SD and drive to De Smet vs staying here.

The host was very welcoming! The house has literally everything you need for a comfortable stay! Great location made it a vrbo we would definitely stay at again!

We were in DeSmet for my grandmothers funeral. This space made us feel like we were at home. It was nice and quiet. Had everything we needed. We have been staying in Brookings the past few times we’ve visited family because we don’t care for the hotel in town. But this is a game changer for us and ...
