Welcome pack. Travel cot and highchair.. Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Balcony with outside furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. Electric vehicle charging point. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the grounds.. If you are looking for comfort, quality and relaxation in a wonderful location, this stylish self-contained lodge on two floors is a great choice. Set in peaceful woodland surroundings of the Inchmarlo Golf Club, the property is set in an elevated position and has been furnished with flair and attention to detail. The elegant open plan living space on the first floor has French doors leading to a balcony which is perfect for al fresco dining or a drink with views over the surrounding woodland. Downstairs are three very comfortable bedrooms and contemporary bathroom with shower over bath.



    An ideal base from which to explore Royal Deeside or enjoy a round or two on the Queen’s Course, a neat parkland course amongst stunning surroundings, and a haven for wildlife and fauna. Enjoy the facilities of the clubhouse and restaurant or practice your swing at the on-site driving range. The property is just a short drive or a 15-minute walk from Banchory, which boasts numerous good shops, eating places and leisure facilities. Beautiful Royal Deeside is a mecca for the walker, climber, or wanderer. The majestic River Dee offers excellent salmon fishing and the beauty spots of Linn of Dee and the Bridge of Feugh both offer the opportunity to see salmon jumping. Slightly further afield is the delightful village of Ballater and Balmoral Castle, with skiing at the Lecht or Glenshee, or walking in the beautiful scenery, just two of the many outdoor activities available in abundance in this magical area.

I would say it was lovely place to stay and had everything you would need. It was a nice quiet area for a break away and is a great size to accommodation large families or groups of people. We were there close to Christmas and liked the decorations it had.

A great lodge, very comfortable, well equipped and in a great location.

A great lodge, very comfortable, well equipped and in a great location.Graham, our host, was on call if we needed anything and very helpful with suggestions for places to visit, shop and dine.The beds were very comfortable for our group and our dog loved everything about the place.Perfect for a family or a small golfing group.

Queens View Lodge is a lovely home from home.

Queens View Lodge is a lovely home from home. We had a fantastic stay there over Christmas. Linda and Graham are great hosts and very responsive to messages. Really good location for visiting family for us and being able to take our dog with us was one of the reasons for choosing the lodge.We would definitely book to stay here again.

Fantastic cottage beautifully decorated with everything you could possible need. It sits on an elevated position with a lovely balcony that gets the sun all day. Would definitely go back as so much to explore in and around Banchory lovely countryside walks and many castles all within 1 hour drive.

We had a wonderful sunny week in this beautiful, clean, warm, well equipped house located on an open site surrounded by woodland, handy for walking our dog. Very comfortable bed with white cotton sheets and duvet covers also has white cotton towels.The helpful owner of the house phoned to give us information about the house, coffee shops, restaurants and the area. Inchmarlo Golf Club at the bottom of the road. Banchory and surrounding area has many castles, parks, woodland walks, shops, garden centres to visit. We'll be back again.

A lovely house in a beautiful location - highly recommended

Wow! A beautiful, clean, well equipped house in a stunning, tranquil location. Set next to a golf course with lovely walks and within easy walking distance of Banchory the house has an added bonus of a balcony - great place to sit out and enjoy a refreshment.Communication with the owners prior to and during our stay was excellent. I actually felt I was getting to know them as friends.We would certainly recommend this home to anyone looking to visit the beautiful town of Banchory or the surrounding area.
