"Skulle have vidst "koden", til rengøring og skift af håndklæder, var at aflevere nøglen i receptionen.
Ellers et fint hotel, lidt afsides."

"No issues with wifi-was working remote in evenings.
Rooms was soooooo big and as good a location in KK could ask for.
Room service and poolside dining calls were excellent.
GREAT gym(to my surprise).
I've stayed at Avani & Ad-Lib in KK---arguably the highest rated. I will only stay at kosa wellness forward. The breakfast was great, the rooms furnishings a little dated but totally serviceable and clean.
Amenities, location service for dollars cannot be beat(IMO)."

"Hotel is fine, but the pet-friendly side is exaggerated: only two rooms allow pets and they are more expensive for some/ no reason. The hotel them charges an extra cost for the pets of about 300 baht per night, which wasn't mentioned before. In all, quite expensive"

"The staff was really friendly, helpful and did everything they could to help with any requests.
The hotel offers a laundry service and an in room massage sessions for a great price.
The location is tucked between some other shops, restaurants and near a monument. It was quiet and easy to get grabs/taxis.
I would recommend this for business trips and honeymoons."
