    . Esta espaciosa propiedad de vacaciones de una sola planta tiene un gran jardín con vistas a los campos abiertos. Se encuentra a pocos pasos del corazón de Bamburgh, con su imponente castillo con vistas a kilómetros de playas de arena, y es una base maravillosa desde la que explorar la costa del Patrimonio. El pueblo cuenta con uno de los campos de golf más pintorescos de Northumberland con vistas a Lindisfarne, las Islas Farne y los Cheviots. Cerca de Seahouses, con su selección de tiendas y puerto de trabajo, ofrece viajes en barco (en temporada) a las Islas Farne, un santuario de vida silvestre propiedad del NT. La ciudad de mercado medieval de Alnwick está a poca distancia hacia el interior con su castillo (presentado en las películas de Harry Potter), famosos jardines acuáticos y una de las casas en los árboles más grandes del mundo. Un poco más lejos se encuentra el Parque Nacional de Northumberland con muchos paseos y pueblos atractivos. Tiendas 0. 25 millas.

The house itself was first class everything that we needed was there and the garden was out of this world my grandson loved running around after the rabbits. The owners were next door if we needed anything. We shall return . Best holiday ever

Friarystone cottage was one of the cleanest and well positioned cottages we have ever stayed in.

Friarystone cottage was one of the cleanest and well positioned cottages we have ever stayed in. The pictures on the web site do not do it justice, and the cottage is a lot larger than it first appears. The owners who live next door are never intrusive, but are on hand to answer any questions you may have. The views over the back garden towards the sea are fantastic with lots of local wildlife to see. It is only a 10 minute walk to local amenities, the butcher, corner shop and pubs. Walks to the beach and castle take around 15 minutes. It is definitely a property we will be returning to in future years. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The cottage was superbly presented,spotlessly clean and a credit to the owners Carole and David.

The cottage was superbly presented,spotlessly clean and a credit to the owners Carole and David. The kitchen equipment was first class with nothing overlooked.The cottage is at the head of a quiet cul-de-sac not overlooked and with a large lawned area at the rear.The view from the patio was excellent overlooking open countryside with a variety wildlife. Excellent accommodation and facilities.

Excellent accommodation and facilities. Large lawned area perfect for ball games. Good location, walking distance from village centre and several good pubs. Very welcoming hosts with lots of helpful advice of things to do - particulary useful given weather was mixed. Perhaps a little bit expensive but overall excellent holiday accommodation.

Our 3rd visit.The cottage as always was immaculate.Clean,tidy and spacious. The fitted equipment and the kitchen tools and utensils were first class. The property is a credit to Carole and David whom seemed to thought of everything.
