"Location was easy to find. I did struggle with communication with the owner, but that was on my end, and check-in was a little difficult. It would be better if there was a railing at the door when entering as the steps were very small and difficult to get in when carrying luggage"

"booked this property and received confirmation on check-in date and time of 3 PM MT. However, I wasn't even able to checkin. My checkin time was noted as 3 PM MT. I kept trying to find the Host contact info to check about check-in process/keys etc. However, I couldn't find the info and had to call Vrbo multiple time, remained on hold for long time and then finally I got the Host's contact info. Contacted host about 2 PM PT to confirm I can checkin by 3 and Host told me that the property is NOT...
