"Arrived at hotel after long flight to discover room booked and paid for not available, even though confirmed with hotel days before travel. Substitute offered was okay, but third person bed not made nor ready. When request for bedding made to reception, housekeeping left them outside door. They did not attempt to make the bed. The only person in room at the time was my wheelchair bound wife. For second day, housekeeping decided to roll up bedding and left it hidden under sofa bed. We asked for...
