About this space
Located just 5.5 miles from historic downtown Ball Ground, this garage apartment built in 2021 is close to everything the surrounding area has to offer. Wedding venues, Wineries, shopping and the charm of downtown Ball Ground all within a short drive. Ideal for a close stay to multiple wedding venues, a getaway to Gibbs Gardens, or a 30 minute drive to Amicalola falls state park.
The space
Space has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and will accomodate 2 guests. Fully equiped kitchen, laundry, and full size deck with table for 4 and grill. Fire pit for those crisp Georgia nights. Enjoy this comfortable, cozy space with a loved one or friends!
Guest access
Located off the beaten path, a winding drive which eventually becomes a gravel road to your destination. Carport parking for one vehicle and parking for 3 additional vehicles is available. This is a 2nd story space which will require use of stairs.

Quiet, peaceful stay at a beautiful and spotless property.Owner always available for communication and a much better experience than any hotel nearby.Having a complete kitchen and washer and dryer really made for a comfortable week. Great place for one or two people. Next time business returns me to Northern Georgia. I will be returning here!

The property is peaceful and clean. Plenty of room and comfortable bed and couch… especially the recliner in the living room. The shower was WONDERFUL! Instant hot water and very good pressure! We also forgot our coffee but the host had us covered. Thanks John!!

Top Notch!

We book the Hillside guest house whenever we’re in the Jasper area and have never been disappointed. This property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. A perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day routine yet close enough to many activities that the area has to offer.

Cute place

Nice place for a small family. Clean and nicely decorated. As others have stated the gravel road to get there is different but manageable. We drove our Honda Accord with no problems at the posted speed limit of 15mph. A truck or SUV would drive the road it a bit better of course. Over all I recommend this cute rental.

We chose this location because it was near Gibbs Garden which was our goal to visit BUT the owner suggested we visit Amicalola Falls which turned out to be the highlight of our trip! Very quiet, clean. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Excellent Getaway!

Property is as described. Very quiet and tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle. Unit is very clean and comfortable; the bed is amazing! John is easy to communicate with and very flexible. This is a repeat location to stay when we come to the Jasper area.

Relaxing, quiet, and comfortable

Awesome place to stay! Be VERY careful on the roads to get to the rental! We hit a large bump and I was very surprised we didn't have any major suspension damage to our car. The rental is great though! Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Within a couple minutes of downtown Ball Ground. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! Thank you! God bless!

Perfect apartment !

We had a daughter's weekend in Ball Ground, and chose this garage apartment because it looked so nice online. Well, I am here to tell you that it was exactly as pictured. Yes, it is above a garage and just by the couple's house, but don't let this bother you at all. It was absolutely perfect. Neat as could be, very nice, clean, bed very comfortable. We had a great time. We will definitely come back.. We went to Gibbs Gardens and plan on going back in the fall. The only negative thing I could say about it is that there is a gravel road to get there and winding. Your vehicle will be dirty, but that shouldn't deter you from this sweet apartment.
