"Location is great but staff was not friendly nor helpful. Arrived at 6pm and asked for pre-packed breakfast as we had to leave early the next morning. They said it was too late and that we should have requested it days in advance!! No alternatives offered - bad customer service"

"Room was clean when we arrived. Bed was comfortable. We were given the family apartment which had a bunk bed in the bedroom in addition to the queen which made it crowded. living area was comfortable and location was convenient to grocery, restaurants and shopping.
