At the foot of the Swabian Alb lies our spacious, approximately 85-square-meter 3.5-room vacation apartment in a small neighborhood of the city of Balingen.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet two-family house.
It features two lovingly furnished bedrooms with double beds, a large living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
The covered balcony is perfect for breakfast and relaxing, and is accessible from the living/dining area and the large bedroom.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, washing machine, and hair dryer. Towels are provided for you.
The toilet is separate.

The apartment has Wi-Fi.

Upon request, a garage in the building can be rented along with the apartment.

Keys are handed over in person or via a key safe.

The location of the vacation rental offers a variety of recreational opportunities.
A trip to Hohenzollern Castle, numerous hiking trails through the Swabian Alb, an outdoor swimming pool, a Kneipp facility, numerous bike paths, an alpine and water lily garden, Berolino, and the beautiful city of Balingen—with its many cultural events and places to stop for refreshments—are all nearby.

There is a bus stop directly across from the house.
Shopping, a pharmacy, and a medical center are just a few minutes’ walk away.
A restaurant with a beer garden is right nearby.
