¡Bienvenido a nuestra encantadora villa de 3 dormitorios bajo nueva propiedad! Nuestra casa cuenta con espectaculares vistas al mar desde 2 terrazas elevadas y una brisa del océano a la sombra celestial en el porche a nivel del suelo con vistas a la laguna. Estamos ubicados a pocos pasos del acceso a la playa más cercano al otro lado de la calle y lejos del ruido del ajetreo y el bullicio del club BHI. El nivel principal de la casa contiene 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, cocina y sala de estar, mientras que el área del loft contiene una litera doble con medio baño. El maestro en el nivel principal tiene una cama king con baño privado y ducha. El segundo dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y un sofá cama doble extraíble con baño privado con ducha / bañera. También hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Cada habitación tiene un televisor con un carrito de golf Roku 2 (uno para 4 pasajeros y otro para 6 pasajeros). La casa también tiene una máquina de hielo.

Spring Getaway

We came for a long weekend to spend time with family. The home was nicely situated close to the marina and with good ocean views. It was great to have 2 golf carts at our disposal, as well as the beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was well equipped also. We were very happy with the home.

Great house for a weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely and efficient home! The view from the deck and easy access to the beach made for a wonderful quick getaway. We really appreciated the layout of the home and the two golf carts!

Property is in need of attention. Kitchen has peeling paint on cabinets and both showers need a do over. TV had limited offerings. Smaller golf cart needs a new battery and I would NOT mention availability of bikes--as those at the unit we certainly NOT usable for adults!

House was as described. There were minor issues but the rental company was extremely responsive. I would rent from them again without question. Love that they let us arrive early and use the golf cart without going in the house.

Great villa for vacay

Wonderful getaway to BHI staying at Doctor’s Orders. House was clean, cozy and had everything we needed plus more!! Ideal location by the golf course/ BHI Club with a great view of the ocean and the gorgeous Sunset. Owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Truly exceeded our expectations - we will be back!

Overall we love the Villas. It’s truly the perfect location near the BHIC, beach, marina. The housekeeping crew the day we arrived was short-handed and rushed. It wasn’t the best cleaning job but acceptable. The grill was dirty and rusted/not functional. Kitchen was great and beds were super comfy!

Wonderful Villa

We have stayed at BHI many times since 1992. This is at least the third time we stayed at one of the villas and this was by far the nicest. The unit is updated and very lovely. It has a lovely lower deck which is rare for the villas. Perfect for relaxing. Both golf carts are relatively new and full of pep, which is critical for enjoying your stay. We were very pleased with this unit,

Great stay

Wonderful location right beside the BHI club which was where my kids spent most of their time. The house was clean and updated. My husband cooks a lot and he found that the house was supplied with almost everything he needed which was nice. No complaints, except for the giant bugs but I realize we are on an island and you can only do so much! Lol

Great View- however!

The VRBO fees were exorbitant. The dishwasher was broken and a week later, still waiting for parts. The A/C had to be repaired and the refrigerator water and ice maker turned off. House was beautifully decorated, but way too much furniture. Hard for family of five to sit down to eat.

This property was unfortunately a total disappointment.

1. The dishwasher never worked the entire time we were there. 2. The garbage disposal had to been serviced soon after arrival. 3. There isn’t one decent knife in the kitchen. Not one! 4. Food sticks to the pots and pans. 5. The 6-seat golf cart had to be serviced because of the loud noise it made and the brakes were not safe. When returned the roar was just as loud. 5. The beach chairs are terribly old and we had to purchase a chair because one was broken and unable to use. 6. The mattress in the bedroom furthest from the kitchen has a sunken place in the center. When comparing this VRBO to the many others we have vacationed in on BHI, we were totally dismayed and disappointed! I would also like to clarify that the price per night is also comparable to the other properties we have stayed. We chose this property because it had a rating of 5.0 and the positive reviews written, as well. We'll vaca again on this lovely paradise of BHI, but we will NEVER stay at Doctor's Orders, Villa 14 again.

Great Experience All Around

The property was clean and nicely updated! We loved there were two golf carts, one was newer and one was older. We also loved that there were a handful of bikes, we only had to rent one bike (to be able to have a baby seat), the ones provided all worked great and were different sizes. Also included was a pack n play, this makes traveling with infants so much easier. The property has great views and I loved being right next to a beach access (one of my favorite beach accesses that we explored). The beds were comfortable and there were lots of extra blankets. My only complaint (this is a bald head club issue, not a property specific issue) is that check in is at 4:00, and check out is 10:00. You have to plan the tram and ferry around these times so that your luggage isn’t stuck at the ferry drop off, or so you can get everything down to the ferry when leaving. To do this you have to take the 4:00 ferry for check in which means by the time you get there it’s closer to 5 (time wasted enjoying the island) and then for check out you need to plan to take the 9:30 ferry or get stuck paying fees for staying past 10:00, the tram arrives at 8:45-9, and before leaving you have to do quite a bit of tasks before checking out, so you either need to spend your last evening on the island packing and preparing or be sure to wake up at 6 am to get it all done in time. I just wish they would change the check in to 3:00 and the check out to 11:00 or offer an option where you can arrive to the island early on check in day to still explore at least prior to check in, and vice versa with check out. Again, this was a minor thing but would have made it less stressful I think.

Will Return!

Pictures and description were accurate. One block to beach and two blocks to Clubhouse! Plenty of living space. The rental unit included several bikes and two golf carts to allow one to explore the island. Views were great. Had a blast!
