"The grounds of this property are great and the furniture in the common area is fantastic. Unfortunately, the great potential remains as potential because of some staff being unhelpful and the heating/cooling system needs major updating. We went there during a heat wave and inside the room was almost exactly the same as outside. The personnel had left a fan on knowing the AC did not work well. Impossible to sleep in those conditions. The elevators that worked were hard to find as people in reception did not tell us were they were. Not down the corridor as usual! There are other things that are great: parking, pool and the products in the bathroom. Hopefully, management of this property improves so it can realize its potential."
