"Had a good experience here. Very clean, shower felt like a waterfall lol. Kitchenette was nice, but pot & pans cost to use them which didn’t make sense to me. Why offer kitchenette but not provide the utensils or pots/pans…"

"I love the historical history of this hotel. I know its hard times right now to keep up the property (its large) and too expensive to cool the whole building; but the rooms are very nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again, its a great value and not a long drive to the Galveston cruise ..."

It's not a fancy place, but why do you need that when you've got the beach! Checkout process was easy- take out the trash and return the keys, pile towels in the shower. ..."
