"We loved that it was right across the street from a restaurant and Lake Erie! We were 15 - 20 minutes from everything we wanted t see. We were very pleased with this hotel."

"Our room was lovely and clean. The breakfast room was well stocked and we were invited to help ourselves to snacks anytime. The staff was helpful and personable. We only had occasion to stay one night, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we had reason to be in the area."

"There are no refrigerators in the room. The rooms was smelling very bad. The walls had holes and the bathroom door had holes which looked like gunshot holes"

"The pool was definitely a plus. Especially for kids. Everything was great, except the shower barely had any hot water. Our door to our room looked like someone was trying to break in at some point, but it was probably because of the latch on the inside."

"The owners were wonderful people and they were very accommodating. Was a wonderful place to stop in for the night after driving all day."

"This was our 2nd stay there. Both times were lakefront. Cabins 2 the first time a couple of years ago, and cabin 8 this time. Love sitting on the deck watching the wildlife. Bring your chairs to sit out there. Staff very friendly and other guests are always cool too."

"Nothing was open. We were there on a Saturday night. Restaurant was open, but wasn’t open pool was closed. We can use the gym because he had to walk through the pool. They did give me my resort fee back."

"Staff was polite n friendly! Room was clean. It was extremely windy this night and there was a garbage can blowing against my car most of the night. There was coffee in the am but no sugar only Splenda:( and no continental breakfast as described. It served its purpose."

"Breakfast is just a coupon for the McDonald’s next door. But otherwise a clean room at a decent price."

"As a solo female traveler, I felt safe here at this hotel. The breakfast was fabulous! This is not your standard buffet, instead it's a diner with waitresses and a menu. Food was cooked to order, fresh and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The stuff was nice, but we had to move rooms in the middle of the night due to a leak in our tub that flooded our first room. Once we moved, the shower was broken in her second room, and when women went down for breakfast, the food was hardly there and we went down at 7 in our first room. The TV. Would not work. It was stuck on the menu and due to the cable box. That's why it would not work, but overall staff was very nice. Rooms were terrible and the neatness and cleansiness.Was awful"

"I didnt like that you had to go outside no matter where you were going, 3ven the lobby. Our floors in our room weren't the cleanest. Our feet were very dirty just from walking around the room for awhile. Shampoo and conditioner were empty. Same with hand soap. The housekeepers definitely dont do a good job."

"No personality from check in staff. Soiled vending area with no operating vending machines. Building itself looked refreshed but lobby needs work to be more welcoming. Room was clean tho spots on carpet. Housekeeping good as bathroom and bedding were spotless. Just stayed one night. Appreciate free pet as we were moving across country. Excellent Chinese restaurant nearby...Tasty Bowl. Best feature : ability to park in front of room."

"We were greeted by a very friendly staff at all times during our stay. The room was super clean, and the lobby and the floor we stayed at was constantly being cleaned. From our room, you can see the bayfront and beautiful sunset. In the lobby, the hotel provided regular and decaffeinated coffee as well as hot water for tea or hot chocolate.
