One master bedroom with fireplace and two bedrooms with bath on the top floor. Also a separate bedroom with full bath for service.
Downstairs three bedrooms and two baths with beds for 11 people.

Full kitchen with industrial stove and ovens, dining room for 12 people,

This was the 2nd time our church missionaires have stayed at this property! It was as described. This was the neutral location for where we would be spreading the gospel. The house is amazing and I can't reccomend it enough for others to stay. A few issues arose during our stay there but the Property Manager addressed them as best as possible. We even survived our first earthquake in the wee hours of the morning!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice about rhe house. The only thing is ,it could use a little yard cleaning around the house the sand area , but other than that it was a lot of fun. We will rent again

Great beach home

We had a great time. The house was great, although the 7th bedroom did not have a/c but other than that everything met expectations. Highly recommend. The host was a lot of help.

Amazing Location and Experience

This house was GREAT!!!! We had a small group and this location was PERFECT.... check in was easy, house had everything needed for the group Swimming Pool was clean and great to use after the Sea.... will use this same house again for next trip to Kino!!!

Great for large families

Loved the size of the home, separate areas kept all ages happy, loved beach access and pool. Did only have 6 usable bedrooms and not 7 but the 6.5 bathrooms were great. Kitchen a bit old but functional could use new cooking utensils and new cutting boards but large dining table. Loved the covered back porch. Overall quiet happy with our stay.

The property is big and good location near the beach but the house is really outdated. There were roaches, rats , scorpions in the home. Mold in both the lower level closets. The pool is small and a lot of bees gathering near the pool. The last night we were there the water was shut off ( i guess do to construction) and the reserves ran out and or the water reserves were not working so we couldnt even shower to head back home. The water issue didnt get fix until the next morning right before we were set to leave. They didnt discount any money for any of the issues. The price per night is not worth it , in my opinion , for what the house offers. The patio is big and spacious which i liked. Also there is one tv in the house and it didnt work. The Wifi didnt reach the bottom level. Some of the electrical outlets are outdated. The lower level, we had an issue with the mini split unit but the care taker helped with that. The lower level wasnt as taken care of as the upper. The sliding doors were really hard to open and shut. The lock in one of the rooms didnt lock so we had to use a stick to jam in the door so no one can come in a night. The beds were hard and not comfy. The care takers of the home were nice and very helpful on stuff we needed. I saw this was rated highly but that was not our experience.

Missions Trip

We came to Mexico for a Mission Trip. The beach front property was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The house came with just about everything we needed to make our time there comfortable. The 7th bedroom off of the kitchen was probably the least desirable area because of the lack of AC but we made due by moving the mattresses at night to the living area. However, the bathroom shower in that room was the most favorite out of all the showers. It had the most amazing water pressure. If you are wanting to stay in the Bahia area I highly recommend this house. You won’t regret it!

Amazing

We had an amazing stay, property was clean and taken care of. The host was really good there was a little earthquake during our stay which caused a little issue with the air conditioner in the kitchen area but was taken care of right away! We loved it and will be coming back! Thank you for everything!

La casa nos pareció bastante cómoda, es muy linda y se siente acogedora. Sólo tuvimos problemas con dos de los aires acondicionados y se recomienda un poco más de limpieza . Pero en general todo estuvo muy bien y mi familia y yo agradecemos nos compartieran su hogar, la pasamos muy bien :)
