"The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. "There were several instances where the staff’s limited English led to repeated follow-up calls for clarification. Additionally, some information was changed again at check-in, causing confusion. The accommodation also had a noticeable issue with ants and other insects."

"Room was okay, staffing needs training especially at the restaurant. Most importantly staff needs to learn some English. They are friendly just the language barrier. The food is really bad, I wish they would improve on providing good quality tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s always the same stuff every day. I felt bad that the Hotel was in such a great location, but lack the guess. I think it would help their bottom line if they just correct these few issues."

"The apartment is very well appointed, full kitchen and dining rooms, very classy finishes. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which is really a 3 bedroom and they lock the door to one of the rooms, which has ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom.
