  • CASA ANTIGUA es una villa de lujo de 3000 pies cuadrados con aire acondicionado, con dos master suites y 2. 5 baños.

    Las puertas dobles de madera rústicas se abren a un vestíbulo con techo abovedado, que está terminado con ladrillos antiguos. Desde el vestíbulo, se ve la primera vista del océano, junto con vistas panorámicas a través de la sala de estar, la cocina y las terrazas cubiertas. El agua de la piscina de estilo infinito parece derramarse en el océano a lo lejos.

    Los techos altos y los espacios abiertos traen el exterior y el interior a lo largo de las áreas de estar y las dos suites principales. Las puertas, ventanas y gabinetes hechos a mano de maderas nativas agregan riqueza a la combinación de colores vibrantes.

    La sala de estar tiene un bar y un centro de entretenimiento integrado con televisión de pantalla plana, sonido estéreo, reproductor de DVD y FIBER OPTIC INTERNET DE ALTA VELOCIDAD DE 50 Mbps. Una cocina gourmet en forma de U cuenta con una isla, una barra de desayuno y una ventana de paso al patio bar.

    Las dos suites del dormitorio principal incluyen armarios de agua privados, tocadores dobles, duchas de azulejos de gran tamaño, armarios empotrados y vestidores.

    Desde las terrazas, la piscina infinita aparentemente parece derramarse en el océano. Desde aquí, las vistas tienen una característica destacada en Punta Dominical, que se distingue por una pequeña isla a unos 300 metros de la costa. Al norte hay vistas de playas de aguas bravas y el Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio. Estimule sus sentidos con el audio natural de las aves, los monos aulladores y las olas que se estrellan en el Océano Pacífico; visualmente con los primeros rayos del sol calentando el árbol de la isla y los últimos rayos del sol iluminando las nubes mientras se introducen en el Océano Pacífico; Saborea el perfume de la naturaleza, llenando el aire con el dulce aroma del Ylang Ylang al amanecer y al atardecer. Disfrute de todos estos elementos de la naturaleza mientras se sienta en la terraza, reflexione en la piscina y relájese en la armonía que es Dominical.

    A 10 minutos de Casa Antigua se encuentra la Reserva Biológica Hacienda Baru, donde se puede hacer un Canopy Tour en tirolesa. A 15 minutos de la casa se encuentra la excursión de caída de agua a caballo de Don Lulo. El gran descanso de surf de Dominical Beach está a solo 5 minutos en coche de Casa Antigua.

    Un vehículo de 4 ruedas motrices es una necesidad para el área de Dominical.

Wonderful stay in the jungle

We had a lovely stay at this ocean view house. The owner was very responsive and house was gorgeous. Perfect home for our stay.

Beautiful and Relaxing

My wife and I recently stayed at Casa Antigua. It was absolutely gorgeous, private, secure, and perfect. Beautiful views of the bay, you are surrounded by nature and it is only a two minute drive from the main road. If you are thinking about the ultimate in luxury without breaking the bank, Casa Antigua is the way to go. I look forward to my next stay.

If you’re looking for a gorgeous home in Costa Rica, look no further! I did extensive research before booking, and this property was truly the winner.We had an absolutely wonderful stay, it exceeded all of our expectations. The home was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Every detail was carefully considered, creating a space that felt both welcoming and luxurious. And the view… absolutely to die for.The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. We especially loved how serene and private it felt, making it easy to unwind and fully enjoy our time.Our host, Clinton, was amazing, kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. His hospitality made the entire experience even more special.We are so grateful for such a memorable stay and would absolutely love to return soon. Truly fabulous experience and stay.

The host and owner, Clinton, could not have been more gracious, helpful and considerate. The villa is a wonderful and peaceful place to spend quality time, is fully equipped, including a lovely pool, and provides a stunning view throughout the day. Wonderful location and Clinton is kind enough to offer boogie boards, beach chairs and parasols for guests’ use. This is such an amazing place that I am so glad to have had the opportunity to stay at. Thank you Clinton, for everything. Truly memorable and fabulous experience.

Absolutely incredible honeymoon

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at this property. This place was absolutely perfect! The house itself is beautiful and really unique, the pool and view were incredible and the grounds were well kept. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Clinton was great to work with, super responsive and made some solid recommendations for things to see and do in the area. The property is close to the beach and a short drive to Domincal. Last note, we HIGHLY recommend the chef services through Chef Rambo. He came to the house, cooked some absolutely delicious meals (lots of fresh seafood) and took great care of us. It was a nice addition to our honeymoon. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Peaceful Paradise

Clinton's home is beautiful with a lot of nice architectural touches you don't see as often these days with new construction so we really felt the authentic tropical vibe with all the amenities. The view and pool are stunning. We literally spent most of our time out there on the chaise lounges staring at the ocean or actually in the ocean. The pool is the perfect temp, refreshing but not too chilly when you get in. The kitchen had everything we needed with an amazing view and the night-time coze out zone had a leather, double ended automated lounge couch.TV worked great and everything was easy to figure out. The neighborhood felt super safe and was right near our favorite beach. Clinton was super responsive. We'd definitely stay again!! Highly recommend.

Unbelievable View - Unreal Vacation Experience!

Everything about this house is perfect. The view from the infinity edge pool is absolute heaven on earth. The sunsets were next level gorgeous. House was clean and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Clinton is wonderful and easy to deal with and helped set up rides and gave great advice on excursions and recommendations throughout our stay. He also set up a private chef at the house for us for two meals and wilberth(chino) was absolutely amazing and the sweetest man. His food was sooooo good! The gated community was a nice touch to help make us feel safe in our first family trip out of the USA. The town of Dominical was so lovely with the nicest people and everything you need. Great coffee, food, bars and restaurants. The beach is also amazing for surfing and the little shops along the beach were great for souviners. Playa Dominicalcito was a very short 3 minute drive from the house and was lovely for exploring and playing beach soccer at low tide. It is about 30 minutes to Uvita which has a lot more amenities and lots of tour companies. I would recommend Clinton and his amazing home to everyone! Just a perfect spot and chill, yet adventurous family vacation!

Awesome view

Clinton met us at the house which made it easy after a long drive to get there. And took his time showing us the in's and outs of his home. Our problems were the bedding was stained with what looked like blood. The towels had bleach stains and were shredded at the ends. The big beautiful kitchen only had 1 old dish towel and the potholders were so old and dirty we really did not want to use them. One reason we rented this home was it had whole house air conditioning. But after a day there we were all sick, there was a smell that came from the units and in my daughters bedroom her bed was covered with white powder. We feel the filters may not have been changed. I did contact Clinton about the sheets and he did purchase new sheets and delivered to the home the next day. We did enjoy our Thanksgiving day and meal there. The pool was awesome and the view from outside was relaxing.

Beautiful Home with An Amazing View

Spent 8 wonderful nights in Clinton’s beautiful home. Clinton clearly has taken every tiny detail into consideration when he built this house. Our stay was way too short. We will be back. Make sure you have Rambo come prepare a meal or two for you. He’s amazing. Can’t say enough good things about this home, the view and the host.

True paradise

Wow. Casa Antigua is truly a paradise within the paradise of Costa Rica. I’m a planner and I did a ton of research before renting from Clinton. I’m so glad we rented from him and we won’t hesitate to do so again on future trips to Costa Rica. First off- the view. Amazing! Secondly, the house is really beautiful and perfect for a family. It was wonderful having a washer and dryer for after all our activities. Clinton provided lots of knowledge about the surrounding area and the security of the property was top notch! If you’re looking for paradise, this is it! Just don’t rent the week we want.

Fantastic Family Vacation

We had a very chill week long stay at CASA ANTIGUA with our 6 and 9 year olds. We stayed local and had everything we needed to stay busy, eat well, and get plenty of relaxing time at Villa. Waking up early to swim and listen to the monkeys on the island was nothing short of magical. Our kids loved the beach- lots of waves to play in and sea shells to collect. The local water fall was also a fan favourite- we were alone there most days and it felt like a private oasis. Food in the area is also quite good, somewhat expensive in the nicer places for Canadians; as our dollar does not go as far. The property is beautiful and well appointed; beach chairs, body boards for the beach were a really nice add. The property is showing it’s age as others have noted, but minor stuff. Would recommend for anyone looking for a chill family vacation with some adventure built in!

Amazing House!!!!

There is a reason this house has so many 5 star reviews....If you're thinking about staying in the Dominical area don't bother looking any further because I can't imagine there being a better house in the area. The views are spectacular, the house is well equipped, the host is super helpful, and the location is perfect. Our stay was truly incredible and I hope we can go back someday soon.

5 Star Texas Hospitality!!!

This was our first trip to Costa Rica and couldn’t be more happy with choosing Clinton’s house for our stay! We celebrated my 30th birthday while we were there and were greeted with flowers and champagne for the occasion. We were blown away by this property as the photos are great but do not serve it justice! Dominical was an amazing little surf town with everything you need and conveniently located between Manuel Antonio and Uvita. Clinton arranged for a chef one evening and Wilberth served the best meal and was so personable. Definitely recommend! Every year we try to go to a new destination for vacation and this was the first time we have said we would like to make a yearly trip to this house. We highly recommend this place whether it’s your first trip to CR or your tenth!!

Awesome house!!!

We spent a week at Casa Antigua. It was spectacular!! The first day that we got there we went offshore fishing. The fishing in Costa Rica is unbelievable. We we're eating fresh fish the whole time. I really enjoyed making fresh ceviche. There is so much fresh fruit and vegetables. The kitchen at the house has everything that you will need to cook any kind of meal. There's so many things to do close to the house. There's no way you can actually do everything in a week's time. All of the beds at the house we're super comfortable. My opinion beds can make or break or a trip. One of my favorite activities that we did was ATVs through the mountains/jungle up to a coffee farm sitting in the clouds. You're able to take in so much wildlife and landscape. There are a lot of waterfalls to play in as well. Some are very close to the house. The pool at the house is awesome it has an unbelievable view. We made it a point to be home by 430 every day to watch the sun set. Clinton is more than accommodating. Don't hesitate to ask him for any recommendations. He will point you in the direction of a great experience. I highly recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle to get around. Some of the roads will get you out of your comfort zone. Which in my opinion is what a good trip is all about. I will definitely be coming back to this house over and over again!!!!

Amazing Sunsets at Clinton’s Place

We spent 5 nights at Clinton’s house in Domanicalito and had a great time. Clinton was super friendly and knowable about the area, house was well equipped including cool beach set with boogie boards and the view is beautiful with amazing sunsets. The house itself is showing its age but overall we had a great time. Highly recommended.

Great stay at Casa Antigua

The location was perfect, beautiful beaches and Domenical is a great location with lots of good eating spots. The house was extremely well equipped, Clinton was a very gracious host. We loved our stay!

Amazing view, pool, house & host

We all had an amazing time here, it was hard to leave. Clinton was awesome and helped us sort out anything we needed. Hoping to visit again soon!
