This place had everything we could have wanted and more! We went here for a Bourbon Trail visit, it was roughly 15 - 20 minutes away from Buffalo Trace and Bulleit Distillery. Would highly recommend staying here.

We recently spent a long weekend in the house. The setting is very secluded and absolutely beautiful. Very convenient location for visiting the numerous distilleries in the area. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great experience.

The cabin was super nice and clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. I probably wouldn't stay here again with more than maybe 12 people, so everyone can have plenty of space, but I definitely WILL keep Chandler Ridge in mind for future gatherings. We paid the extra fee to use the barn and another fee to have a small wedding. It was a lovely venue and still pretty affordable. The host was very communicative and accommodating. She let us check out the property ahead of time and even get in a little early to clean/decorate the barn. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Our family has now stayed at this cabin multiple times and each time has been great. Plenty of space for our large group to spend time together, share meals, play, and rest. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and the downstairs area with games is great for the kids. Also plenty of outdoor areas to explore. We've already booked our next trip - thanks as always!

Great experience. 5 stars on cleanliness, presentation, safety, and seclusion. Also, the grills were full of propane. I didn’t leave 5 stars because the mattresses on the bunk beds were very thin and you could feel the base of the bunk beds, the pool table rack was broke, the foosball and air hockey table had definitely seen better day, and the gas fireplace was finicky and took a long time to get it to work. Last it’s about 15 minutes from any store. All that said, the master sweet was amazing. I loved it. I would stay again and I would recommend. My criticisms are only constructive for why it wasn’t a 5 star rating. Beautiful place and responsive hosts.

Came up to Kentucky for bourbon trail tours and the Kentucky game.Twelve guys had plenty of space, grilled out, caught and released catfish, all at a reasonable distance from Louisville, Frankfort, and Lexington. Perfect middle spot away in nature.Nice, clean house, beautiful property.

Fantastic location. Went on a golf trip and property was no more than 30 minutes from three golf courses. Host was fantastic at communication. Property was amazing. More than enough room for us (9 people). Property was clean and as described.

We stayed with a group of 21 (including 7 kids). The home was clean, and the photos are accurate. It’s in a quiet, private location with good access to Frankfort and nearby distilleries. The kitchen had the basics, though the coffee maker was very slow (30 minutes per pot) and the refrigerator is a standard side-by-side—not ideal for a large group.While the listing advertises sleeping space for 29, many of these are cots or beds in open areas. There are only two true bedrooms: a master with a queen bed and broken pull-out sofa, and a basement room with a full bunk. There’s a large bunk room with 9 beds, and the rest of the sleeping areas lack privacy.There are only three bathrooms, one inside the master suite, so expect some coordination with a group. The house may technically sleep 29, but it doesn’t have the infrastructure to support that number comfortably. We’d recommend it for smaller groups (20 or fewer), or for guests who don’t mind shared sleeping arrangements—like a bachelor party.Overall, we had a good family trip, but future guests should be aware of the limitations when planning.

Great Place to Stay

You will be very pleased if you book this property. House was very clean, the checkin process was easy and communication with property manager was great. House has lots to do like fishing, foosball, pool and air hockey. Lots of room for all guests to sleep. Was also close to many distilleries which was a plus for us.

Overall good

The property is nice. A few small up keep items would make this property excellent. The game room did not have pool cues that were usable and the air hockey table was pretty beat up. There is plenty of room for the 18 people we had there.
