"Room was clean on arrival, but never serviced in our 7-nights stay. When trash cans overflowed in the room, we bagged trash and put it outside the door, but it was never removed. We discarded it ourselves. We were given additional tissue when we asked. Breakfast was as ordered each morning and staff ..."
