House located in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, between Vannes and Auray, close to the beaches (the Sept-Îles, Locmiquel, Toulindac and its water sports centre, Berder Island...) and many coastal paths. You can also enjoy protected cycle paths (Baden - Larmor Baden - Le Bono - Auray) and quickly access the Port Blanc pier (crossings to the Ile aux Moines, the Ile d'Arz, Houat and Hoedic). On foot, enjoy the shops and leisure activities (bakery, Carrefour Market, children's games, media library, skatepark, petanque court, tennis hall, Kergonano forest, equestrian centre, etc.). A little further on, 2 kilometres away, enjoy the Baden golf course (18 holes) with a beautiful sea view.

The house is composed of 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor (2 beds 160x200, 1 bed 140x190, 2 bunk beds 90x200), 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub). Outside, you will have 2 terraces with a garden table and its cantilever parasol.
