In the 1960s, this was the site of the “Yburg Lichtspiele”—the town’s movie theater. What was once the screening room is now part of this unique apartment. We’ve lovingly preserved its heritage and brought the charm of the past to life.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, and a covered terrace—ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Free parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Netflix are included.
