Vacation at the Wallners'—73 square meters

Welcome to the Wallners’ 5-Star Vacation Rental. Our home is located at the foot of the Farrenpoint and offers the ideal setting for your family vacation or a getaway for two or with friends. We’re just 3 km from the center of Bad Feilnbach, yet right next to the mountains and the beautiful moorland scenery. In Bad Feilnbach and the surrounding area, there are numerous traditional restaurants and cafés. The well-known Lake Constance–Königsee bike path runs just 500 meters from the apartment. In addition, there are wonderful bike paths starting right from the apartment, perfect for spending time in nature—both on flat terrain and in the mountains. Larger cities such as Munich (60 km), Salzburg (90 km), and Innsbruck (100 km) are easily accessible in less than an hour by car. We are located almost exactly halfway between the well-known lakes popular for day trips—Chiemsee, Tegernsee, and Schliersee—and their respective attractions. From 2022 to 2024, the apartment underwent a comprehensive renovation. Following the renovation, it now meets high new-construction standards.
The 73-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the annex.
The view from the south-facing balcony invites you to immerse yourself in the surrounding mountains. The non-smoking vacation apartment is equipped with
underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi. Two separate bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to four
people. The cozy living and dining area invites you to linger. On colder days, the wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth and creates a very homey atmosphere. A central feature is the fully equipped kitchen with a counter in front of the natural stone wall, perfect for cooking together or taking a break with a cup of coffee. In the new apartment, great emphasis was placed on high-quality and natural materials.

We are a three-generation household. The older generation of our family has been renting out guest rooms since the 1970s; following a complete renovation in 2024, we (Markus and Bernadette Wallner) have now taken over these rooms and converted them into a vacation rental. Our youngest generation consists of our children, ages 13 and 10. As hosts, it’s important to us that our guests have a meaningful and relaxing time in our vacation rental and this wonderful area.
