"Caravogue House is a lovely place to stay for a day in Trim. Easy walk to Trim Castle. We also walked to a restaurant and then a pub for live music in the evening. A close drive to Hill of Tara and Bective Alley. The hosts are very kind. Great breakfast that was cooked to order. Plenty of room for our family of 4. When driving to the house put the name Caravogue House in Google Maps (do not click from Expedia as that sent me in the wrong direction on Navan.) We highly recommend this B&B! "

Good size rooms with excellent wardrobe space.Menu choices very good and reasonably priced Singer on Sunday evening though not on until 10-ish. chilled bottled water in rooms a nice touch. We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay"

"Hotel handy for Emerald Park. Grand for families for an overnight. However breakfast wasn’t of a four star standard and the cleanliness of hotel/ swimming pool was not up to scratch/ what you would expect of four star hotel - pool changing area unclean ( at 8am in the morning, so only going to get worse) and the floors around reception were not cleaned / tidy early morning which is when you would expect it to be at its cleanest. "

"Lovely hotel staff all friendly except one would wouldnt let me in my room to leave my luggage until i put deposit down for my dogs which where in my car also i wasnt aware of spa and other things in hotel"

"Just a warning, the snug is behind the bar owned by the same family. There’s a small driveway at the end of the bar a hairstyle place and some other little shops. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The rooms were huge and the bathroom is very nice and all brand new. In the morning we did have some toast and tea and it was nice to have the availability of fruits and vegetables and yogurt and so on for the free breakfast the host was very nice."

"The food was great, but the service is really slow. Maybe the kitchen is over worked? It took too long to get your food. The waiting made me anxious which took away from the enjoyment of the food."
