Elegant Family Home near Kemah Boardwalk, NASA Space Center, Galveston Beach

Enjoy our Elegant 2-story family vacation home located in the Chase Park community just 5-miles from the Kemah Board Walk. NASA Space Center and Galveston Beach are all within close proximity along with many other attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers the area has to offer.

The space
**LAYOUT OF OUR SPACIOUS HOME 2,500 sqft-- High ceiling living room with a large, beautiful chandelier and large windows, Victorian style leather furniture. Brazilian Koa wood stairs case. All ceramic tile 1st floor and all Black Bamboo flooring 2nd floor. The kitchen has granite countertops with bar stools and all stainless-steel appliances with all the necessary cooking essentials. the Master bathroom has double vanities, shower, a claw foot bathtub, walk-in closet and toilet. All beds have Green-tea memory foam mattresses for your comfort.

One Queen-sized bedroom is located on the first floor across from the 1/2 bath and main living room. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and a loft family room. two queen-size bedrooms and a king-size in the Master bedroom. All the upstairs rooms have easy access to the 2nd floor bathroom. Persons sleeping on the first floor will need to climb stairs to access the shower/bath. Outside Gazebo patios with firepit and BBQ grill. 75-in TV with Xfinity Cable, a selection of Free movies and 1000mps Wi-fi included.

**THINGS TO DO IN THE BACLIFF AREA
Kemah Boardwalk and amusement park, Galveston Beach, NASA Johnston Space Center, Bay Area raceway, Dickinson Historic Railroad Center. Tanger Outlet, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Fishing piers, Boat rides, Jet skiing, Kayaking, water skiing, Bayou Wildlife Zoo, and Horse riding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water and beaches. Bayside Regional Park located behind the home for jogging.

Guest access
The whole house is yours! I live off-site, but I am always available for emergencies and always respond to texts and calls in a timely manner! We have a keypad on our door, so guests can check in at their convenience! with the exception the car garage and a few closets that I use for storage. I also ask that you do not use the fireplace.

Other things to note
**Minimum: 3-night stay
**Guest Count: Maximum 8 guests.
**After 4-guest there is an extra guest fee of $20 per person per night

I trust that you will be honest with your guest count as I have cameras outside monitoring who goes in and out of my home. Therefore, if you are dishonest, I will know, and you will be penalized. If you plan to invite family, friends, or guests not included in your reservation, you must have my approval.
