"Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Theresienwiese und hat eine super schöne Dachterrasse sowie eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Der Check Inn ist halb Selbstbedienung, muss man erstmal begreifen. Wir hatten einen Late Check Out abgesprochen, trotzdem gab es im Nachgang eine komische Email, aber das war auch kein Problem. Checkt auf jeden Fall das Sonnendeck, die Aussicht auf die Altstadt ist fantastisch."

Check-in worked really well especially when we booked after hours and last minute but managed everything which was good. Breakfast looked good and staff were very friendly"

"Very disappointed with this Schwan Locke in Munich. We had stayed at the Edinburgh and had enjoyed our stay so we booked the Munich location. Right at the beginning we ran into issues. Poor signage for registration has you going from the main door on the right to the door on the left that has a registration sign with a small arrow referring you back to the other door. We pressed the door release and it wouldn’t open and the door was locked. I called the number with no answer and no response to...

"Our experience at Cocoon Hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we got there at 1:00 PM, there were more than 15 people waiting in the lobby, which is quite small. None of the staff even bothered to greet guests or provide any information. A simple acknowledgment or update about the possibility of early check-in would have gone a long way. "Stanza di standard senza nessuna particolarità. Pratica, ma sostanzialmente anonima. L'hotel non dispone di strutture idonee oltre alle camere: sala colazioni piccola, bisogna utilizzare la lobby che praticamente sull'uscita. Colazione stile autogrill, da evitare. Insonorizzazione e silenzio in stanza molto buoni. Un motel di alta gamma più che un Hotel."

"An sich alles okay. Das Frühstück hat den ersten Eindruck um einiges verbessert, da wir das Gefühl hatten, dass das Zimmer nicht frisch geputzt war. Die Spiegel waren noch schmutzig und die Dusche voller Haare. Leider gab es keinen Schrank im Zimmer, was dazu führt, dass man aus dem Koffer „leben“ muss. Bei 5 Tagen Aufenthalt- leicht verknittert. An sich alles in allem trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub."
