"Shuttle bus hours of operation not so convenient. We had to take a shuttle hours before our flight with young children as there were no shuttles after that time before our flight. When we returned from our trip and requested a shuttle back to the hotel for our second stay, the receptionist was very rude and told us there were no more shuttles. Were travelling with young children who were very tired. They did eventually send a shuttle after we waited for quite some time. Recommend staff being...

"It was a perfect place to stay for an early morning flight out. Quick walk to hop on my plane out. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. With that being said there were a couple of things that could be improved upon. The sheets and pillows on the bed are of relatively poor quality. The sheets are thin and. clingy, while the pillows are very thin. In addition the lighting in the room old be a little better as well. Sort of dimly lit. The property and staff were very nice. Overall, it’s a good value and a decent place to stay. "

"Airport shuttle arrived within minutes of us calling to request one. For our return at 3:30AM the next morning, the shuttle was there right on time. The hotel staff was beyond accommodating - they were awesome. It was all about the customer. "

"Room was clean, though they do not do daily service of the room like make beds. All supplies like soap and toilet were restocked. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the best. Parking excellent and safe, very nice Safeway, Froyo, Subway across the street and gym very clean. Morning breakfast which is include was well attended to and delicious, though I wish they also served bacon in addition to breakfast sausages."

"I got charged a $10 entertainment fee for what I do not know. I got the room through Expedia and on the bill from Expedia it says this is the total price I will pay? Without this $10 fee? The fan in the bathroom didn't work either"
