"It was a very nice hotel. Although we went on low season and the weather was not best, we enjoyed our time. Staff went up and beyond to please us and help with activity bookings and transportation. Breakfast was really fresh and attractive. The pool was very well kept. The only downs, we booked an ocean view which was mostly blocked by the trees and I found an empty packet of cigarrettes in the pocket of the complimentary robe. "Amazing place. Big bedrooms with more than the needed stuff. Incredibly comfortable and big bed. Hotel friendly staff is very helpful and attentive all the time, making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Breakfast is indescribable. I have never seen such a big and diverse buffet. The best option in this area. It's really worth it."

"The staff & property were very good. Property fabulous location, close to airport, private beach & good selection of restaurants outside property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed of the amount that I had to pay for late checkout. Our flight was at 5.30pm & requested checkout at 3.30 which was provided but with a cost of $1,375,000 VDN which equates to just over A$$80. This l felt to be excessive for an extra 2 hours when checkout time was 1pm. Overall a fantastic...
