Central Air & heat provides the perfect temperature for any season or reason that you may be visiting our home. You will find five comfortable bedrooms all but one with smart TV's so that you can stream your favorite shows at the end of the day. A very large dining room with seating for 14 and a totally private 21 x 42 shaded barbeque area that you can let your pets or children run free in. Invite your family & friends.....plenty of parking. Centrally located, our home is a perfect base for excursions in any direction. You can explore Mesa Verde National Park, Chaco Canyon National Historical Park, Canyon de Chelley National Monument, and the local Aztec Ruins that are easy daytrips from Aztec, New Mexico. World class fly fishing on the San Juan River is just down the road. Travel north for a day trip to Durango, Silverton or Telluride and enjoy spectacular San Juan scenic byway.

Kathy was amazing to work with and communicate with. She replied promptly and was very helpful in answering questions. We appreciated the space at her home and the convenience to town. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

A wonderful place to stay

We loved this surprisingly spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was very clear and easy and fast. We would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat! The home was clean, well organized, full of hospitable touches that really gave a true welcoming feel. Thanks for an awesome place for our weeklong stay!

Excellent vacation rental when touring the South West

It was only one night that we spent in the house on our way from the Arches Natl Park (Utah) to Santa Fe. Wanted to split the 6h drive into two. Arrived late in the evening. Found the house easily and felt right at home. It's very spacious. For the first time in our trip, the two teenagers had a room for themselves. They were excited and called the rooms dreamy with good Internet. The kitchen is well supplied and the dining area is huge with two big tables. It would be nice to spend more time in this house. Probably on a fishing trip to the San Juan River.

Warm and spacious!

Kathy's home is an oasis in the high desert.We appreciated the space and cleanliness. This well appointed house considers the details from the items for cooking to bathroom shampoo and conditioner. Crouch mesa is centrally located for family and friends. I highly recommend for anyone.

90th Birthday Celebration

Your home is so comfortable and I was extremely pleased with everything. I worried about our dog, but the little outdoor area was perfect for her. The grandchild I brought was able to play with cousins in the front yard and had a blast. Thank you for letting us share your home.

Perfect for many

Large modular home on oversized lot provides ample room for large party. Our particular party was on a hunting trip so the manufactured flooring was welcome. Home was clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. Harvey the yellow lab had a roomy, fenced back yard. Cathy the host was very friendly and helpful. Home served our needs nicely.

Wonderful home for family gatherings

The house was clean and very nicely decorated. We had a dinner for 12. All the necessities for a large dinner were provided. The only negative was a loud air conditioner. Other than that the stay was delightful.
