Plaza Berri is a charming home with a classic touch that is located in the heart of the old town of Azkoitia, declared a cultural asset by the Basque Government. The house is located in the nerve center of the town, a place with a rich architectural heritage that can be seen from the balcony of the house itself, from which you can see, among others, the Idiaquez house, where the princess of Beira married the first suitor to the Carlist throne, Carlos V. In addition to the architectural heritage, the life that the area has with the numerous bars and shops that there are in the unique cobbled street where the apartment is located can be appreciated at a glance.
Azkoitia, birthplace of great handball champions and the "little gentlemen of Azkoitia", important figures in the dissemination of Basque illustration, is located in the heart of the Urola valley in Gipuzkoa, a few kilometers from the Sanctuary of Loyola and the Azpeitia railway museum, with the coast about 30 minutes away by car, and with numerous hiking options to do through the nearby Izarraitz mountain. Què li ha agradat: Neteja
Ideal wenn man in das Spanische Leben eintauchen möchte und ein Freund von Bars und Cafes ist. Weniger gut wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte, da die Wohnung im 1. Stock direkt in der Altstadt über den lauten Kneipen liegt. Auch muss man sich daran gewöhnen, dass die Wohnung in einem hellhörigen Mehrfamilienhaus liegt und man viel vom Leben der Mitbewohner mitbekommt. Aber gute Lage in einer kleinen Stadt in guter Entfernung zur Küste (1/2 h) und Städten wie Bilbao und San Sebastian (1h). Um die Stadt schöne Berge zum Wandern. Check-In und Zugang zur Wohnung über eine App auf dem Handy, kein Kontakt zum Gastgeber nur Hilfe durch den cleveren Chatbot Aiora. Die jungen Leute werden es lieben. Mein Lieblingsplatz war der Balkon, von der man den lebhaften Trubel beobachten konnte.
