"What a gem of a place! Beautiful original pub building. Bedroom was spacious and clean. We had a room with a double and a single bed. The double was a bit too hard for us, but the room has everything you need, so can't complain. Breakfast was really impressive and everything was cooked to perfection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We feel like we've found a gem and will definitely use again when we've got a gig in Manchester."

"we wanted somewhere for an overnight stay after flying back from Greece to Manchester before driving back to the north east. I'll start with the pros. beds were clean and very comfy. tea/facilities in the room were welcome. staff lovely. good and safe parking. very quiet hotel. breakfast was delicious and just what we needed before a 2 hour plus journey. 5 minutes walk to wetherspoons where we went for tea and couple of drinks. cons. yes it was a little dirty in places ie main passageways...

"While the hotel staffs where amazing, the facilities did fall very short from my expectations. The bathroom shower felt like a licking tap as it was so slow and lacked pressure like you would normally have in other hotels. The bathroom wasn't clean and room was very dusty atleast where we stayed. I requested for toilet paper and didn't get any till after an hour and half and most time you ring the reception and no body is there to answer. "Room was clean, no visible parking and noone to ask when returning with the car at 11.30pm. Took 20minutes to check in because the boss wasnt around and he wanted cash until I refused to go to a cash machine. Felt sorry for the lady as it wasnr her fault, just lazy boss. "

"Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again."
