"Beautiful guest house just a couple of minutes from the long sandy beach in Ayr. Fantastic location for walking and just a few minutes to the town center. Our room was pristine, it even had its own small fridge, with a bottle of chilled water and fresh milk. The room also has a microwave. There's a choice of cooked breakfast, which was just perfect. "

"Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a great size and the sea view was fab. "On arrival we were shown to our room and discovered there was no power, so we informed the owner and within minutes he arrived and we tried to solve the problem. Turns out the fridge in our room was faulty and kept tripping the electricity. We were then moved out of the room and upgraded to a larger room.
