The spa house is only available at additional cost to guests who have purchased their spa access pass.
***Please note that as the spa water is changed between guest stays, it may not be fully heated by 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. However, it will be sufficiently heated and ready for use by the following morning***.

• The sauna, spa, and gym are unsupervised and used entirely at your own risk.
• The property owner/host is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from the use of these facilities.

• Children under 16 must be supervised at all times and are not permitted to use the sauna or gym without adult supervision.

IMPORTANT: Customers will note that, a condition of their stay upon booking is, no person(s) other than the booked guests are permitted onto the property without the express, written consent of the Host. Failure to comply will result in immediate action (at the discretion of the Host) including immediate cancellation of the booking which will forfeit any right to a refund for the remaining time.
