    While the property is located in a relatively quiet area of Ayia Napa, it is within walking distance from the town center, an area full of shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, while the nearest beach is only 14 minutes on foot!

    Our apartments offer the perfect balance of price, quality and comfort. Located just a stone's throw away from the city center and all the vibrant city life, they also allow you to enjoy peace and quiet on this street.



    The apartment features a living area with a TV, a sofa bed and a small table. Nearby, there is a dining table and a kitchenette where you can easily prepare basic meals. The bedroom includes a double bed, a vanity table, and a wardrobe with plenty of space for your belongings. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub, toilet and sink. You can also soak up the sun and relax on the sun loungers in the backyard. Plus, free parking is a true bonus for your convenience.

    GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.

    This process is mandatory by the Hotels & Tourism Establishments law KΔΤΙ 192/85, Καν. 10 & 64 (1) & (2) and you are required to complete the form to receive the key collection information prior to your arrival.



    THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

    TWO days prior to your arrival, you will receive a link to your Personal Guest Guidebook. This guide contains all essential information about the property and your stay.

    We strongly suggest using the link before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. 

    Before reaching out to us with any questions during your stay, please check the Guest Guidebook first - in most cases, you’ll find the answer there quickly and easily.



    NOISE POLICY:

    Please note: this apartment follows strict house rules regarding noise. All parties, loud music, or any form of disturbance are strictly prohibited. All neighbors are expected to respect the peace and quiet of the community at all times. We kindly ask you to ensure there is no excessive noise, particularly during quiet hours (from 11 PM to 7 AM), and to behave respectfully towards all residents.



    EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS

    • If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.



    • EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.



    • Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of € 30/stay for Baby Cot and € 30/stay for High Chair, or € 40/stay if you wish to order both together.



    • Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.





    FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. However, feel free to browse the web, watch YouTube, or log in to your Netflix account.



    FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment.



    FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.



    ELECTRICITY

    IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice:

    We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits:



    * Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH.

    * 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.

    * 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.

    * 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.

    * 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.





    If your usage exceeds these limits, an additional charge of 0.36 EUR per extra KWH will apply daily. This policy helps ensure fair energy use and encourages mindful consumption, benefiting both the environment and your wallet.
